Requirements for wells' production accounting systems as well as for monitoring systems of well bottom parameters should be combined in a single device – automatic control system of operational mode of producing wells (ACS PS), which should structurally be a part of the existing schemes of automation of production objects. It is shown that the technical possibility of such project implementation exists.

Key words: products accounting; monitoring; well bottom parameters; automatic control system; operational mode; producing wells; optimization; depression; repression.

The article considers the principles of the analysis of a man-operator activity as an element of an intellectual control system. The main control technique that is based on regular mode deviations is proved. Descriptions of procedures of deviations logical assessment are presented, namely, of eventful-oriented type, symptom-oriented type and function-oriented type. Functions of a man as a control system element are described. The principles of information selection processed by a man-operator on the means of visual representation are defined. The principles of assessment of a man-operator activity during the process of control are described. The principles of creation of the adaptive operator interface are described as well.

Key words: system of intellectual information support of the operator; intellectual control system; procedures of deviations logical assessment; procedures of eventful-oriented type; decision-making situation; procedures of symptom-oriented type; procedures of function-oriented type; of information processing speed by a man-operator; long-term memory; short-term memory; random access memory; Fits law; information figurative submission; cognitive images; adaptive operator interface.

The article presents review of economic systems, being in force at present, which can be used for the evaluation of oil and gas investment projects. The conducted review served the basis for wording the main requirements for creating of a universal economic system in the field of subsoil use. The most relevant fact is that salvation of the above-said problems and requirements for creation of the system can be grounded on theoretical provisions and methodology of developing intelligent systems as well as principles of building of dialogue interfaces, allowing graphically present and analyze expert information (knowledge) on a computer screen. It should be noted here that the latter is one of the big problems for intelligent systems adapting to a user-non-programmer’s demands, being an expert in its professional area.

Key words: economic system; oil and gas investment project; intelligent system in subsoil use.
