The paper suggests the method to be applied for diagnosing the changes of hydraulic efficiency factor of a pipeline by means of common measurements of gas flow parameters. The problem is quite timely for dispatchers’ on-line control over a gas main transportation system. The objective of the imbalance moment identification, i.e. the moment of efficiency factor change due, for example, to the formation of hydrates inside pipes or some other reasons, is set. By means of numerical experiment, on the example of a linear part of a gas pipeline, comparison of non-parametric methods, applied for change-point identification was conducted; the efficiency of their application to handle measurements of gas-flow parameters of a gas transmission system is tested.

Key words: gas supply systems; on-line dispatcher control; identification; hydraulic efficiency factor; pipeline gas flow; friction factor changes; change-point problem; sequential analysis.

The article presents the methodology of graph-analytical computation of the system used for telemetry data processing with account of the requirements to the telemetry system bandwidth in case of change of the binary coding bits number in the data processing system. Support of timely processing and transmission of telemetry information via communication channels is achieved through the system analysis of telemetry information processing and transmission as well as by the synthesis of the system of telemetry data collection. There was analyzed the impact of the bits number of the binary code of the digitized signal on the results of the structural synthesis of telemetry data processing system is studied; the techniques, applied to change the bits number of the binary coding in the signals convertor of telemetry information are discussed. Taking into account the values variation due to the changes in the number of connected measuring channels and the bits number of the binary coding, the nomogram, that allows visual and quick determination of the required number of sample-and-hold devices and analog-to-digital converters, as an optimal presentation form is selected. The article discusses the principles of construction of virtual memory system for complex "systems-on-a chip". The principle of operation of a memory management unit (MMU), as a fundamental device of the virtual memory system as well as the principle of converting virtual addresses to physical ones, with account of all the parameters relating to the specific is also considered in detail. Virtual address space is abstract, the size of which can greatly exceed the space of physical memory addresses. The conversion of virtual addresses to physical ones is transparent to the processor and executable programs. The presence of virtual address space allows the programmers to write programs using the address space that is only limited by the data bus dimensionality but not the size of physical memory.
