The article describes the method of influencing the oil formation with ultrasonic radiation during wells operation by an oil-well sucker-rod pump (WSP). Ultrasound is created by the formation of small turbulent vortices, which are accompanied by the appearance of the ultrasound. Turbulent vortices are formed during a pulse absorption of oil by a WSP. The ultrasonic radiation, which allows to influence the physical-chemical properties of oil systems, penetrates into the oil formation through perforations.

The article suggests a probabilistic approach to the operational quality analysis of the remote monitoring systems (RMS) and its impact on the integrated risks of industrial safety violations, allowing to evaluate the operation of hazardous production facilities for a given forecast period. The approach is applicable to the analytical justification of the systemic requirements for RMS, the systematic definition of balanced measures that prevent violations of the subsystems integrity, elements and the system as a whole, with restrictions on resources and permissible risks.

Fuzzy modeling nowadays promotes computer technologies development. Fuzzy expert systems not only consider the dynamics of the process, but also to simulate the judgment of a decision-maker, i. e. expert information. The article discusses the development of a fuzzy system of defects diagnosing of the oil industry aggregates. To do this, one of the fuzzy logic methods – a method of knowledge representation, based on a production formalism of "IF – THEN", is applied.

Keywords: knowledge fuzzy base; fuzzy sets; membership function; method of knowledge representation; fuzzy inference.

High gas factor complicates submersible ECP operating modes by the danger of a pump surge. The additional equipping of the units by gas separators extends the range of pumps effective usage. The fact of the separator’s operation secondary effect as an instrument of initializing and supporting the gas-liquid mixture (GLM) gas-lift flow through the annulus appears to be somewhat unexpected. These are the operating modes that are calculated on the basis of the well operating model, which are subjected to discussion in the present article.

The article points out that the conventional procedure of nonlinear regression analysis included in some regression analysis guides can be completed to get the additional specifying information. The addition to the algorithm of nonlinear regression analysis is presented on the example of a two-dimensional nonlinear model by comparing it with the procedure of nonlinear regression analysis. The results obtained from the comparison confirm the value of using the interrelation between the direct and inverse functions in the model, based on the regression equations in the form of two polynomials of the same degree. This conclusion can be also used in various research fields when dealing with the correlation data analysis. In case of functional relationship among variables (the case of limited correlation), the proposed procedure of simultaneous matching of the direct and inverse dependencies allows to improve the results of the least squares method. While investigating the relationship between the mentioned method of a priori information consideration and Tikhonov regularization, it is found out that the procedure may have regularizing properties.

A description of the original heuristic technique for simulating the phase behavior of vapor-liquid hydrocarbon mixtures is proposed. The construction of phase diagrams of oil and gas-condensate systems on the thermobaric plane is considered. The presented approach implies the calculation of characteristic curves in the form of discrete functions using a combination of the phase equilibrium calculation based on the cubic equation of state and special geometric rules that determine the range of the surveyed points depending on the purposes of the simulation. The technique was developed as an effective means of extracting high-resolution phase models, which makes it possible to use the computational potential of multi-core processors and, therefore, reduce the overall calculation time. Since the modeling of the phase behavior of multicomponent systems is a complex process consisting of inseparable stages, the article also touches upon all its main aspects: the preparation of input data, the choice of an appropriate equation of state, the general organization of calculations, and the interpretation of results. Some special attention is paid to taking into account the processes of reverse boiling/condensation (retrograde processes), a method of this phenomenon typing aimed at the vapor-liquid relationship change is given. The proposed methodology is formalized to an algorithmic level and can easily be implemented as a computer program. In particular, the author's implementation, namely, HCSPD program product, was the source of most illustrations given in the article. The article will be of interest to the engineers of the oil and gas industry and other specialists whose professional and/or scientific activity is related to the study of phase transformations of hydrocarbon systems.

Keywords: natural hydrocarbon systems; phase behavior; phase diagram; discrete function; parallelization; retrograde processes; software.
