The low-pass filter of the measuring unit in the marine environmental and hydroacoustic monitoring system can be implemented on the basis of a dsPIC microcontroller. The paper discusses the synthesis of a digital low-pass filter and the simulation of its work in the Proteus program. Digital equivalents of the analog filters lack such shortcomings as large dimensions and weights at sound frequencies and drift characteristics due to the filter elements aging.
Keywords: digital filter; microcontroller; analog-to-digital converter; recursive filter; control register; filter order.

The relevance of research is related to the basics of determining and building optimal solutions in general for oil and gas production, and, in particular, for wells with electric centrifugal pumps (ESP) under the conditions of complicating factors effect. The purpose of the research is to develop a design variant of the optimal solution for a well with an ESP in the face of complications, defining the tasks of constructing the main functional units of the system and the connections between them. The constructed functional diagram of the optimal adaptive control system has a temporally divided structure of the control algorithm associated with the existing control, regulation, and organizational resources of the exploitation subsystem, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, the latent multi-temporal dynamics of complicating factors manifestations.
Keywords: models; goals; algorithms; complicating factors of exploitation; state vector; temporal control; operational resource; identification.

The paper discusses the issue problem of intelligent continuous monitoring of field pipelines state with decision making when using fuzzy logic and an artificial neural network. The main factors characterizing the multiphase mixture flow in the pipeline and affecting the process of internal corrosion are presented. The principles of building a corrosion monitoring system, the specific feature of which is its mobility, presence in the structure of both measuring components – contactless sensors, and a unit of intelligent decision making support using an artificial neural network in combination with a fuzzy inference mechanism are proposed.
Keywords: monitoring system; internal corrosion process; probing signal; artificial neural network; fuzzy conclusion; decisions making.

The paper describes an approach to resources modeling planning of an enterprise production process when the plan of oil products sales is fixed. A production threading model is being developed using the simulation modeling method in the GPSS Studio environment. A simplified model of an oil refinery was used as a test example. The adequacy of the simulation model work was evaluated by comparing with the results of analytical calculations of the simplified model, applying the linear programming methods. Further steps are proposed to develop the simulation model in terms of obtaining the optimal production plan.
Keywords: petroleum products; threading model; system analysis; simulation modeling; production and supply planning; optimization.

The article substantiates the development of the method for conducting operational situational analysis of the current state, forecasting and planning of flows, gas reserves in pipeline systems and underground gas storages. It proposes implementation of the single gas system (SGS) based on the use of neural networks methods of aggregated modeling of dynamics of gas supply systems’ interrelated parameters behavior, the external environment, gas flows (pressure, gas consumption) at the nodal points of gas supply systems, including gas transmission points between gas production, gas transmission, gas distribution operational Societies PJSC "Gazprom" and independent gas producers. The developed calculation method assumes that the intellectual system of dispatches decision-making support (DDMS) of the UGSS will be able to load the current dispatchers’ information in session and real-time modes and to perform self-learning of the own neural model of the gas flows in the UGSS. The system will allow to carry out a situational analysis of the factors that influence the dynamics of the technological process parameters, to predict the behavior of the gas transmission system (GTS) at a given time interval. In addition, it will provide services of interactive multi-option gas flow planning for the UGSS, with account of various possible situations and control actions generated by the user.
Keywords: unified gas supply system (UGSS); neural network; situational analysis; modeling; planning; gas flow forecasting; gas production (GPC), gas transmission (GTC), gas distribution (GDC) operating company; underground gas storages (UGS); intellectual system; modernized automated control system (M ACS).

The paper considers a new variational approach to development of algorithms and programs for the automated design of the heavy-duty power gears which are the main units of various drilling equipment. The variational approach allowed to propose the new tooth profile called full-strength (by contact and bending endurance), and the computer simulation performed in the paper – to optimize its strength parameters for cutting by machines with numerical program control (NPC). The proposed method allows to provide the maximum bending endurance of gears teeth at the drive design stage. The finish element analysis made in ANSYS package confirms 1,34 times increase of the bending strength of the offered full-strength tooth profile as compared with the involute one thus ensuring increase of load ability of drilling equipment power gears and reduction of their probable failure. The new method of gears cutting by NPC machines with the help of the standard rack tool differs by higher performance that reduces time and financial expenditure on production of drives.
Keywords: drilling equipment; gearings; full-strength profile; automated design; optimization of criteria; approximation; bending strength of teeth; computer modeling.
