One of the algorithms for the functional conversion of an alternating voltage without preliminary rectification of the latter into a constant voltage is considered. The converter uses a sweeping compensation transformation method. The compensation sweep is an amplitude-modulated common-mode AC voltage with a non-linear amplitude law.

The paper provides an analysis of some technologies and methods applied when measuring the flow-rates of multiphase flows by means of multiphase flow meters (MFR), in particular, measuring devices and systems, developed in Russia and tested on the State primary special standard unit of mass flow rate of gas-liquid mixtures GET 195-2011. Algorithms for calculating the component composition of the measured medium are described using oil and gas mixtures as an example, taking into account phase transitions and solubility. The phase slip effect characteristic of the flow of multicomponent flows with significantly different physical properties and parameters, which can significantly affect the measurement result of the flow rate of both an individual phase and the mixture as a whole, is also considered. As a result, an increase in the measurement error that goes beyond the limits controlled by regulatory documents and the impossibility of using the MFR for specific measurement tasks, especially in hazardous industries and in complex technological processes, can occur. Ways are considered that make it possible to take this effect into account by introducing appropriate amendments to the software algorithms for multiphase measuring instruments.

The paper is devoted to the study of modern principles of increasing the accuracy of reproducing the flow-rate of single-phase fluid flows. The existing plant schemes are analyzed, the role of the pressure tank is shown, and the methodological measurement errors are estimated. In order to determine the metrological characteristics of fluid flow measurements, a study was made of the flow structure in the pressure tank. The reverse current zones are identified, their sizes are determined as well as the boundaries of the jet flow that is formed in the pressure tank cavity, that was designed during improvement of the State primary standard of the unit of the liquid volumetric flow-rate. Liquid medium – water – is considered in the present paper as a gas-liquid mixture consisting of dissolved and free air. The mechanism of formation of free air and the stimulating factors of its formation were studied. The paper is intended for scientists and engineers involved in the development and operation of installations for the reproduction of single-phase flows.

Keywords: pressure tank; reproduction; reverse current zone; cavitation; fluid flow; dissolved air; stabilization; static installation; flow structure; standard.

The paper discusses the problem of information support for zones with special use conditions when placing pipeline transport facilities in the Russian Federation. The problem is caused by the lack of a single database with generalized data not only on the existing pipelines and facilities, but also on planned industrial facilities. The system of territorial planning in the field of pipeline transport of the Russian Federation is considered. It is shown that the main task of territorial planning in the field of energy is a long-term reservation of territories, including a high level of technogenic and environmental hazards of pipeline transport facilities, the need to establish zones with special conditions of territories. The paper also describes the experience of creating a national pipeline mapping system by the US Department of Transportation; domestic analogues of the American site are considered.

Keyword: territorial planning; outline plans in the field of pipeline transport; physical planning of gas and oil pipeline transport facilities; zones with special conditions of territories use; national pipeline mapping system; public cadastral map of the Russian Federation.

Establishing the correct mode of individual wells operation, even if there is some information on its study, should take into account the oil reservoir mode as a whole. A real field has a large number of wells that have certain layouts in the area and provide the necessary fluid withdrawal according tor the project, which significantly affects the effective decision making. When solving hydrodynamic problems, the initial information can be presence of well-known bottom hole pressures, on the basis of which wells flow rates are calculated, the inverse problem is also possible, when the known flow rates make it possible to calculate the bottom hole pressures. The need to take into account the mutual influence of wells on each other when solving problems of this kind is also indicated by the fact that the commissioning of new wells does not lead to a proportional increase in the total production rate for the field, i.e. the total fluid production grows the more slowly, the more the number of wells increases, and the reason for this result is the presence of interference. A comparison is made of wells operation efficiency when correcting the modes of one well within a group of wells with the standard control time and the time obtained during the study, as well as when correcting the modes of operation of all wells in the group. To check the duration of the transient process, the reference hydrodynamic model of the reservoir was used applying the "Tecscheme" program developed by JSC "Surgutneftegaz".

The paper considers the issues of flange connection density. For this, it is necessary, in addition to the initial cold draw force and the stock in the interference fit of the studs against the compensation of temperature fluctuations, to create an additional supply in the tightness of the studs for stress relaxation. When manufacturing lens pads, attention should be paid to the processing of their surface; it is not allowed to use gaskets with flat side faces instead of spherical ones, since this violates the principle of the gasket, it will work as a flat one.
