A gas chromatographic vapor-phase method for determining the component composition of organochlorine compounds for performing flow analysis using an automatic sample preparation system for oil and petroleum products of domestic production has been developed and tested. A set of experimental works was performed on model and experimental samples, and the achieved showings were compared with the results of standard laboratory methods and measurements. The best showings of the precision of the component composition and the concentration of impurities in the flow mode were achieved. The advantages of the developed methodology and equipment allow using wireless digital technologies and international communication and data exchange protocols, industrial Internet, virtual and augmented reality with the use of design-based block boxes, creating various geographically distributed flow systems of the quality of petroleum products both for individual enterprises and for complex production complexes of various purposes and types of petrochemical activities, including production, transportation, storage and processing of hydrocarbon products, shipment of products to consumers according to the contract quality indicators.

The optimal solution when assessing the reliability of liquid phase sampling of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is the average integral method of assessment using multi-point tubular or slit probes. When assessing the reliability of sampling, it is necessary to place the sampling zone in a place that ensures a homogeneous state of the flow, control the flow rate and back pressure to avoid the formation of a gas phase in the sampling zone. To determine the representativeness of the selected sample, it is necessary to evaluate the difference between the values of the selected quality indicator of the LNG batch obtained as a result of the analysis of the selected sample and the base value of this indicator for this LNG batch. The reference value of the selected value should be used as the reference value of the quality indicator when sampling the sample obtained during the first, middle and last hour of shipment/loading of the tanker or tank. The compared quality indicators require evaluation of the values of the most significant parameters when determining the amount of transmitted LNG energy, for example: the density of the mixture and the methane content, which are the main ones when determining the mass and amount of transmitted LNG energy. The operation of the sampling system is considered reliable if this sampling system provides representative samples with average integral values of the deviation of the density or methane content between the base and control values in the range of 5…10 %.

The paper presents a new innovative solution for the automation of business processes for monitoring diagnostic testing of technological equipment, implemented in PJSC "Gazprom" using the information system "Automated workstation – Control of diagnostic testing" (AWS – CDT). The solution is implemented on the platform of the information system for assessing the technical state of the facilities of the Unified Gas Supply System "Infotech" of PJSC "Gazprom". The relevance of the development for PJSC "Gazprom" is determined by the current situation and the urgent preconditions for the digital transformation of business processes. The ideas and approaches underlying the developed solution are described. The operational characteristics of the automated workstation are presented, the criteria of the introduced information influence on the acceptance of the work performed are determined. A role-based approach was used to describe the work in the system of specialists from various services, departments and sectors with a clear division of functional rights and responsibilities within the framework of the developed application. It is shown that the transparency and openness of the system make it possible to quickly monitor the progress of work both at the level of the subsidiary's services and at the level of the administration of PJSC "Gazprom". Integration with the traffic light service "Data monitoring of ISTS "Infotech" 3.0" is provided. The ability to track the dynamics of elimination of problem situations has been obtained. The implemented solution affected more than 40 subsidiaries of PJSC "Gazprom" and made it possible to significantly improve the quality of managerial decision-making on the specified business processes.

The paper presents the results of automated simulation computer modeling of the stress-strain state of steel pipe samples with holes of different diameters in order to assess the maximum allowable loads, allowing further during full-scale tests to prevent exceeding the material yield limit. It is shown that with such an approach to researching, it is possible at an early stage to identify various possible anomalies in the "behavior" of the object under study.

The main cause of PDC drill bit wear during operation is significant bit damage due to impact loading. One of the effective methods of increasing their wear resistance is the optimization of drilling operational parameters, which implies maintaining of a steady operational mode of the rock cutting tool, which provides stability of cutting and shearing depth. Besides, the analysis of rocks destruction process applying the method of dimensions makes it possible to establish definite regularities in the form of complex variables that characterize the efficiency of the drilling process from the standpoint of energy consumption for destruction.

Automatic control of the process, based on the optimization of complex indicators, allows increasing the efficiency of PDC bits operation during the destruction of rocks while drilling wells.

Keywords: automatic control system; dimensionless complexes; PDC bits; destruction of rocks; dynamic loads; drilling mode; energy efficiency.

The relevance of the study is caused by the need of studying programming languages from the point of view of systems automation in the energy and oil and gas industry, including planning and processing of measurement results, building of mathematical models, preparing of energy balances in order to obtain the most effective solutions. It requires knowing the programming language and recognizing symbolic structures. The leading research method is recursion, with the help of which the object of the research is determined through the study of its internal processes. Based on the results of the research, logical programming of constraints with CLP(R), CLP(FD) domains was studied; relationships based on a predicate and the ways of organizing it in a programming language were defined. Unlike other programs, where each action should be recorded step by step, "Prolog" logic programming can be studied independently, guided by basic knowledge. The paper is of theoretical and practical importance, as it offers a sufficient number of examples when programming in "Prolog".

Keywords: predicate; relationship; variable; constraint logic programming; recursive call.

In the course of production, collection, transportation and storage of oil, one of the significant problems that cause complications in the operation of technological equipment and pipelines is asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD). Today, most of the methods applied to eliminate oil ARPD are thermochemical ones, the use of which is associated with high costs and a decrease in the level of safety of the work performed. Such mechanical methods of impact as the use of scrapers turn out to be ineffective, since conventional fluid flow rates do not provide the necessary forces for the impact of scrapers on ARPD dense layers. The paper considers the possibility of destruction of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits under the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves and a constant magnetic field, as a result of which there occurs increase of synergistic effect of wave action on complex structural units represented by metal paraffin in oil. A scheme of technological arrangement of a production well using an ultrasonic borehole transducer and magnetic activators is also proposed.

Keywords: deposit; ferromagnetics; asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARPD); MIOP; permanent magnets; ultrasonic radiation; sonocapillary effect; cavitation effect; complicating factors.
