Now, in the oil producing and processing industries, there are no methods and equipment for quick measurement of the concentration of organic chlorine compounds (OCC). To determine the quality, laboratory analysis methods are used by sampling and conducting research in specialized points. The article considers a digital progressive method of quick control of oil composition and quality based on a domestic gas chromatography analyzer with expanded functionality through the use of a detector selective to organochlorine compounds and an automatic sampler. The equipment provides the determination of the component composition of petroleum products, the calculation of the physical-chemical parameters of the components and the composition of the flow medium, as well as the possibility of integration into geographically distributed quality management systems of petrochemical industries based on modular implementation, digital technologies and open exchange protocols. The use of flow monitoring equipment, modern communication technologies and big data when integrating production, transportation and processing quality systems ensures the organization and construction of national quality systems of petroleum products in a short time.

The article considers the problem of identifying unmeasurable parameters (coefficients of hydraulic efficiency of pipelines) of large gas transportation systems, which arises when modeling and controlling the modes of operation of gas transportation systems at gas transportation enterprises using computer models and computer software systems. The formulation of the problem and the algorithm for its solution are presented. The problem of insufficient measurements and multiple solutions is described, and appropriate approaches are proposed (introduction of additional terms into the criterion and the implementation of combining pipelines into groups). Using the developed algorithm, the unmeasured parameters (coefficients of hydraulic efficiency of pipelines) of gas transportation systems of varying complexity were identified. The developed algorithm can be used in an automatic mode, close to real time, with the receipt of initial data from the SCADA system.

High-quality construction of directional and horizontal wells implies the use of information about the drilled rocks properties. For the automated collection of geological and technological information, control of drilling parameters, assessment of the situation and prevention of accidents and complications, monitoring and control systems for the drilling process are widely used. The article presents a number of automated devices and integrated control systems for the well drilling process, considers the principles of automatic process control, implemented both on the basis of traditional clear approaches and on the basis of fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks.

Keywords: automatic control systems, technological data of drilling, monitoring and control of well drilling, automatic regulation, operating parameters, principles of automated control, adaptive control, neural networks

The problem of non-stop flow measurement has been on the agenda for a long time. However, there is no ideal scheme yet. The article describes an attempt to improve the known schemes. The "Vx PhaseWatcher flowmeter", widely used by Schlumberger, is considered the most successful solution, but its design has certain limitations. The article demonstrates the implemented model of a multiphase flow meter, shows its capabilities when working with real data. The possibilities and limitations of the implemented model with a high gas-to-gas ratio (GVF) of the mixture (GVF > 98 %) are analyzed, and ways to improve the technical characteristics of the model under specified conditions with a high GVF are considered.

Keywords: oil and gas-water mixture, phase fractions of the mixture, flow rate of the mixture of separate fractions, Venturi tube, gas factor

The article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model for the synthesis of special software (SS) of such a large information system (IS) as an automated enterprise management system (AEMS). The model development is based on the assumption that the SS of a large IS can be represented in the form of single software systems (SSS) – software analogues of automated workplaces. At the same time, both the SSS and the methods of mathematical implementation of automation tasks used by programmers during development can be similarly described. The concept of using the SSS is a completely domestic development and serves as a theoretical contribution to solving the problems of import substitution in the field of using information technologies at the facilities of the fuel and energy complex.

The class of linear dynamic control systems is a mathematical scheme widely used for modeling real objects of the oil and gas industry. The article considers the criterion of complete reachability of linear controlled systems used in solving the so-called pole placement problem for these systems, based on the results of American mathematicians R. Hermann and K. Martin. Their approach uses the apparatus of algebraic geometry and, despite being unconstructive, is very interesting and promising from the point of view of applying methods of algebraic geometry in systems theory.
