Some specific features of low-temperature section structure in the areas of distribution of permafrost and low-temperature rocks are presented. Absence of the «relict frozen rocks» at the depth and, accordingly, in the selected south permafrost area (the Western Siberia, the North-East of the European territory) is noticed. Due to climatic conditions of deposit permafrost rocks are found only near the surface, while at the depth the relict permafrost rocks can’t be preserved. In connection with the above-said, with account of thermobaric conditions, not the relict permafrost rocks are found in the identified «low temperature deep intervals» as it was thought before, but gas hydrate rocks which in the considered conditions of their bedding pay influence on the considerable decline of well support longitudinal stability.

The article presents some method of calculation of well support longitudinal stability, based on the use of the proposed characteristic dependences. It allows more easy calculation of longitudinal stability and choice of its optimum variants. While performing calculation of a well support longitudinal stability, different variants of a well structure were considered.

Key words: well support; permafrost, gas-hydrated, subsiding, low-temperature rocks; longitudinal stability; critical length of a well support; critical load on the support; characteristic dependences.

Integrity of production casing strings depends on hydro-geological conditions of oil fields. The factors that cause damage to production casing strings possess their own specific features in different oil- and gas-bearing regions. Some reasons leading to leakage of production casing strings at the oilfields of Samarsky Volga region are found out.

Key words: tectonic faults; formation water; production casing string; corrosion.

The article considers surface phenomena influence on the quality of productive layers opening. Brief characteristic of the devices used for determining the liquid’s surface and interfacial tension by applying methods of maximum pressure in a gas bubble, rotating drop, drop volume and expanded meniscus as well as the coefficient of porous media wettability is presented. Methodical principles of selecting optimal compositions of surfactants for controlling surface phenomena while opening productive layers are described. Some example of selecting a composition of surfactants for a biopolymer drill mud is discussed.

Key words: wettability coefficient; interfacial tension; methods and devices for control of surface phenomena; optimal composition of surfactants; surface tension.

The article discusses possibility of using the technology of opening gas-hydrates deposits and gas production with reverse circulation of working agents under controlled pressure in the formation-well system (working drill-pipe casing string and annulus in the well).

Control of unbalanced thermo-baric systems in a well is planned to be carried our by means of submersible pumps installed in the operational drill-pipe casing string and in the annulus. Possible spontaneous gas shows with the aim of their exclusion are planned to be monitored, thanks to what safe operation will be timely ensured by change in the productivity of submersible pumps. It means that, in case of change of temperature and pressure in the well, smooth process of the well’s interaction with the producing formation will be guaranteed.

Key words: opening technology; gas-hydrates deposits; gas production; reverse circulation; working agents.

The paper presents hydro-technical calculations of jackup floating drilling rig, designed for drilling and abandonment of oil and gas wells drilling and, in order to determine safety factors for shear, overturning, non-failure of pillar strings when jackup floating drilling rig is staying and to evaluate the freeboard margin when leaving the drilling site. The corresponding calculations were made when a jackup floating drilling rig was located by its bow (stern) towards wind direction and waves run. The calculation considers the worst combination of stability moment and overturning moment depending on load ratio of a jackup floating drilling rig, the magnitude and direction of extreme external effects.

Key words: offshore field; platform; floating offshore drilling rig; safety factor on shear; pillar strings; vertical and horizontal load; freeboard; drilling site.
