The article presents the results of the analysis of the use of PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) drill bits while drilling under a conductor and a production column, conducted by PJSC «Tatneft». After examining and analyzing the drill bits data, obtained from 220 wells drilled in PJSC «Tatneft» sites, some problems, one of which is the severe wear of «PDC» drill bits cutting assemblies when crossing the different-hardness rocks such as limestones, dolomites with petrified remains inclusions, sandstones, argillites, siltstones, which represent the geological section of the Ural-Volga region, are identified. Herewith, one of the authors’ solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency of wells drilling in PJSC «Tatneft» using «PDC» bits suggests including an oscillator-turbolizer in the assembly of the drill-string bottom zone developed at the Drilling department of ASOI. The use of the oscillator-turbolizer in the assembly allows creating a bottom-hole pulsating flow of the washing liquid, contributes to the elimination of the hanging of the rock cutting tool thus increasing the drilling mechanical rate and «PDC» drill bits operational life.
Keywords: «PDC» drill bit; geological section; conductor; production column; drilling mechanical rate; efficiency; BHA; oscillator-turbolizer.

A great number of field flowline systems is currently operated in our country. Annually these systems are subjected to accidents, caused, as a rule, by corrosion. The operational life-time of almost half of all new steel pipes when operated in the oil industry hardly reaches five years. Annual repairs of such systems require more than thousands of kilometers of pipes what makes more than 300 thousand tons of steel. A pipeline during operation is subjected to different types of stresses: mechanical stress (deformation), wear-out and corrosive environment. This combination of stresses can lead to accelerated corrosion – mechanical failure of pipelines. Technological problems of pipeline systems strength and reliability are quite diverse. Well, many of them can be solved by improving the quality of pipelines design and construction, use of new, more updated design and technological solutions, perfection of technologies and methods of technical maintenance and operation. The purpose of this study is to develop a method of variable-diameter couplings design, manufactured from EPF material to connect ground fields flowlines with ground shut-off valves, with increased resistance to aggressive environments.
Keywords: design; coupling; memory effect; field flowline; mechanical stresses; corrosion damage.

The results of complex studies of wave technologies influence on the physical-mechanical properties of finely-dispersed suspensions (in particular drilling muds) carried out in the laboratory conditions of the NC LMWT IMASh RAS and in field conditions are presented. It is shown that wave treatment by flow-type hydrodynamic generators with tangential and radial channels and by flat-type generators with cylindrical bodies of flow resulted in substantial increase of the dynamic shear stress, the number of 1…2 μm particles in the solution has grown 2,5 times. This means that the wave treatment of the clay suspension causes colloidal fraction increase, and, consequently, to the solution quality raise, to a several times decrease of the time required for the drilling mud preparation as compared with the conventional technology. It is shown that the main contribution to achieving high efficiency of wave treatment is made by nonlinear wave and cavitation processes occurring in the flowing part of hydrodynamic generators.
Keywords: wave technologies; wave field; reservoir characteristics; formation bottom hole zone; filtration rate.

Numerous theoretical and pilot studies of various domestic and foreign scientists show that sticking is one of the most often occurred and labor-consuming types of accidents and demands considerable time and money on their elimination. Therefore, the research and the analysis of the causes of occurrence of drilling equipment sticking and their prevention, are, undoubtedly, an urgent problem. Results of laboratory researches conducted to prevent sticking by means of lubricating additives rather often used in drilling operations practice are presented in the article. The conducted laboratory researches included the sticking force determination, the intensity of adhesion and stickiness of a filtration cake depending on the types of drilling liquids and lubricating additives of both domestic and foreign production. The most effective combinations of various types of drilling liquids and lubricating additives to decrease in intensity of drilling equipment sticking are determined.
Keywords: drilling equipment sticking; lubricating additives; sticking force; pressure drop; intensity of adhesion; stickiness of a filtration cake.

Samara State Technical University 244, Molodogvardeyskaya str., Samara, 443100, Russian Federation, e-mail: nikitinv@list.ru, bngssamgtu@mail.ru
The article deals with the problem of contamination of a formation bottom-hole zone by the water-based drilling mud filtrate. At the same time, the development of a technique for calculating the volume of the filtrate penetrated into the formation during its initial autopsy was chosen as a research task. Based on a series of experiments, the dynamics of a filter cake formation for clay solutions and a filter film for polymer washing systems formation were analyzed. The methods of constructing mathematical models on the basis of experimental data obtained regression curves that correspond to the filtration process in laboratory conditions, as well as ways to further use these models for real reservoir conditions. The results presented in this article are applicable to the choice of a fluid for opening a reservoir in these mining and geological conditions. Based on the volume of the filtrate penetrated into the formation, subsequent calculations of the well productivity parameters are possible, taking into account the processes of interaction of the filtrate and formation fluid taking place in the pore space.
Keywords: drilling fluid; filter cake; filtration film; law of filtration; filtrate; formation exposing; formation contamination; bottom-hole formation zone; modeling.
