Channels of measurement of a two-input system for constructing drilling parameters are performed on variational structures that are characterized by quasi-resonance properties. When the quasi-resonance mode occurs and when the frequency of the input action becomes equal to the resonant frequency of the measurement channel, then the structure of the measurement channel acquires the following new properties:

1. The transmission coefficient of the measurement channel increases to the maximum;

2. The frequency and phase distortions of the input signal are eliminated.

3. The temporary distortions are eliminated due to the elimination of the measurement channel inertial properties.

The acquisition of these new properties by the measurement channel in the quasi-resonance mode provides new possibilities for variational structures use in control systems. When building two-input parameter monitoring systems on the input action frequency, it is possible to obtain the maximum transmission coefficient and the complete suppression of external interference influence.

Keywords: quasi-resonance; measurement channel; variational structure; two-input control system; frequency distortions.

The paper notes that collectors weak cementing and sand manifestation caused by it during wells operation is a characteristic feature of productive thickness of old deposits in the Republic of Azerbaijan. It is shown that in "Azneft" Production Department the yearly height of the sand cork in the drill-pipe casing string makes, averagely, more than 665500 m.

Hydrodynamic researches of sand manifestation have been carried out during oil wells operation. Based on the carried out hydrodynamic researches on the cake formation during oil fields operation, the following conclusions have been made: a) a mathematical model of a cake formation during oil production that connects hydrodynamic parameters of the formation and the well has been developed; b) precipitation rate of solid bodies particles remained in the suspended state in oil depends in the well on both the oil viscosity and density and on the hydrodynamic parameters of the oil-bearing formation; c) a hydrodynamic condition has been offered under which precipitation of solid bodies particles in oil won’t take place; d) within the frames of the offered hydrodynamic model of a cake formation in a well, the condition of a well flow-rate control preventing a cake formation has been developed.

Keywords: well; sand manifestation; cake formation; particles precipitation; mathematical model; hydrodynamic research.

This paper is devoted to the comparative analysis of the effect of various drilling fluids on the quality of oil and gas wells drilling and productive formations opening.

The qualitative, quantitative and cost analysis of water-and hydrocarbon-based drilling muds is presented. Attention is focused on the existing restrictions on the use of hydrocarbon-based drilling muds (HBDM) and emulsion drilling solutions (EDS) in modern domestic practice, an important element of which is the lack of high-quality Russian emulsifiers. It is reported about the compositions of the developed EDS with the use of the "Argunit" emulsifier, specific features of technological parameters control and technical results achieved when using drilling fluids for terrigenous productive reservoirs opening, including low-permeable ones.

Keywords: oil and gas wells; opening of a productive formation; reservoir characteristics; drilling mud; hydrocarbon-based solutions; emulsion drilling fluids, reverse emulsions; emulsifiers.

ON SUBSTANTIATION OF A NEW QUALITY ASSESSMENT METHODOLOGY
OF OIL AND GAS WELLS CEMENTING (p. 31)

A.K. Hatsidi, leading engineer

JSC "VolgogradNIPIneft"

The results of laboratory experiments proving similarity of the cement stone adhesion to the drill-pipe casing string and to the rock are presented in the paper.

This fact requires specification of calculations, which are determined by the results of the basic formula "Methods for assessing the quality of cementing" (Krasnodar: NPO "Burenie", 2003).

Thus, the substantiation of the more general formula for the "quality factor" calculating, adopted in the works of Professor V.G. Griguletsky is proved.

Keywords: cementing; quality assessment of cementing; adhesion of cement with rock; adhesion of cement with drill-pipe casing string; shear force.

Òhe paper discusses the basic information about the design of hydraulic drives for sucker-rod well pumps (SRWP). The advantages and disadvantages of the SRWP unbalanced hydraulic drive with frequency control by the electrical drive of the oil station and SRWP hydraulic drive with the pneumatic type of balancing are analyzed. The urgency of the problem of increasing the efficiency of pumping equipment use at oil fields by reducing the specific energy consumption for oil production has been proved. The test results of loading of SRWP hydraulic drives under actual operating conditions are presented. Hydraulic actuators of two types (balanced by a pneumatic accumulator and unbalanced with energy recovery into the circuit) were tested. The “Vatur” software-recording complex was used as a measuring transducer for monitoring the magnitude and nature of changes in the loading of SRWP hydraulic drives according to the electrical parameters of the driving engines. It is proved that the use of hydraulic actuators of these structures does not ensure the efficient operation of the system, thus determining the increase in operating costs and the costs losses for maintaining the hydraulic actuator operational condition. It is indicated that the current scientific-technical problem is the development of effective methods for balancing SRWP hydraulic drives.

Keywords: sucker-rod well pump (SRWP); tests; oil production; hydraulic drive; loading; balancing; energy consumption.

The paper presents the results of geothermal studies in the territory of Azerbaijan Republic based on the reliable temperature measurements. The discriminant analysis provided obtaining the values of the empirical correlation ratio that established the relationship between the temperature and the depth of the South-Caspian mega-depression. And if the theoretical correlation ratio is calculated by a linear connection, then it becomes numerically equal to the correlation coefficient. In cases of temperatures calculation at big depths, such as in the SG-1 super deep well at a design depth of 15000 meters, it is necessary to apply the parabola equation of the second order.

The analysis of temperature measurements conducted in the South Caspian mega-depression proved significant differences in the geothermal conditions of individual deflections and tectonic elements from the generalized ones.

When comparing the geothermal characteristics of the areas with their geological structures, it was found that the higher is the thickness of the sedimentary cover, the higher is the formation temperatures.

Keywords: geothermal researches; temperature measurements; depth; correlation ratio.

TO THE PROBLEM OF CONDENSATE RESERVES PREDICTION
IN COMPLICATED HYDRAULIC-THERMAL-DYNAMIC CONDITIONS (p. 45)

One of the main types of research of gas condensate deposits is, as is known, the studies on gas and condensate content that include a certain range of field and laboratory studies. A representative sample selection is an important part of the studies on gas and condensate content. In this regard, the problems, raised in the paper, despite the importance of their individual components, are extremely important in a set, i.e., the level of the basic documents regulating the development of the fields depends on their solvability (definition of the reservoir pressure Ðres., reserves estimations and development projects).

Keywords: gas and condensate content; dispersed liquid hydrocarbons (DLH); recombined samples; representativeness of the selected sample.
