Measuring tools that contribute to dynamic increments allocation of drilling parameters, does not either exist or such tools have very limited application when deepening wells. In this regard, the problem of development and study of such tools becomes extremely relevant. The authors of the paper, based on many years of research, propose an analysis of two-input torque control systems. The analysis means the study of the metrological properties of two-input structures, dynamic and frequency properties. The conducted analysis will make it possible to reveal a number of properties of two-input torque control devices, characterizing this device as an optimal measurement tool. Indeed, if the conditions of pairwise equality of time constants of variational structures of channels for measuring power and the angular frequency are observed, then the measurement device as a whole degenerates into a proportional link, while maintaining the differentiation properties of the input signals of the power and angular frequency measurement channels separately. This eliminates dynamic and frequency distortions when measuring torque increments. Besides, due to the cut-off of the input signals constant component in the power and angular frequency measurement channels, the static component of the error, which is most significant in the total error of the measuring instrument, is also cut off, and the division operation at the structure output minimizes random and common-mode errors. Thus, the conducted analysis reveals the unique properties of two-input structures for monitoring and measuring torque and contributes to the recommendations for their widespread use.
Keywords: dynamic properties; transients; frequency functions; frequency characteristics; variational structure; two-input control system.

The paper is relevant since pressure losses in nozzles, nose-pieces or chokes under subsonic and sonic modes of gas-liquid mixture outflow often require to be determined during wells drilling using aerated drilling fluids, controlling of blowout preventer stack while gas, oil or water kick and well productivity testing. Considering the fact that gas-liquid mixture outflow from nozzles is primarily characterized by the inertial terms in the motion equation and slip between liquid and gas phase is absent, the methodology of pressure losses estimation was developed in the paper for gas-liquid outflow from nozzles at subsonic and sonic regimes of flow. The expression for inlet nozzle pressure determination was obtained for mixture outflow at critical mode on condition that outlet pressure and phases’ flow rate are known. The condition allowing to distinguish subsonic and sonic gas-liquid mixture outflows was found. The algorithm was built for gas and liquid flow rate calculation based on measured inlet and outlet nozzle pressures.
Keywords: nozzle; choke; gas-liquid mixture outflow; subsonic outflow of mixture; sonic outflow of mixture; blowout preventers; drill bit nozzle; prover.

The paper provides information on "Katburr" polycationic drilling muds. Stabilizers of various "Katburr" modifications are cationic reagents – quaternary ammonium polymers: polyamines, polydadmah and polyacrylamide. Various compatible compounds with cationic polymers can be used as auxiliary agents. Depending on the geological-technical conditions of drilling, various modifications of polycationic drilling muds with inhibiting and sticking properties, clay and clayless, fresh- and salt-saturated, heat-resistant up to 250 °C, weighted, resistant to hydrogen sulfide, for primary and secondary opening, etc. were developed.

The analysis of typical types of wear and reasons for failures of the elements of the systems of gas-motor-compressor units (GMCU) for natural gas compression resulted in revealing the fact that during the units operation due to contamination by wear products, changes in viscosity, etc., the time during which MS-20 lubricating oil stops providing the performance of its functions is insufficient. Since the oil system is one of the main ones that ensure the reliability of GMCU operation throughout its entire service life, the need to maintain the parameters of the lubricating oil at the required level, determines the relevance of the problem and its solutions to improve the reliability of GMCU systems.
Keywords: gas-motor-compressor units for natural gas compression; oil system; lubricating oil; viscosity; reliability of operation.

The paper widely discusses the perfect experimental installation for determination of structural-mechanical properties (SMP) of viscous-plastic oils and suspensions as well as describes the researches carried out on this installation. The most important part of this installation is the fact that it is possible to carry out experiments with various types of mediums simultaneously in two capillary viscous-meters and conditions for increasing test numbers is created. On the other hand, a method of accurate control of hydrostatic pressure at the inlet of capillary pipe, created by the liquid column in the working chamber during the experiments is proposed. Rules of SMP determination of viscous-plastic oils in formation conditions are also discussed.
Keywords: viscous-plastic liquid; suspension; capillary viscous meter; initial shift stress; structural viscosity; initial pressure drop, rheology.

New technologies of re-cultivation of the soils polluted by oil and oil slimes are presented in the paper. The mechanism of capsules formation around the emulsified oil with the soil is discussed. It is shown that processes of capsulation are reached by implementation of reactions of ionic exchange in a soil matrix at which the centers of crystallization insoluble in water are formed. It is shown that capsulation allows to isolate oil in the soil that allows to sharply reduce its harmful effect on water ecosystems and on the lithosphere. Problems of re-cultivation of the encapsulated oil slimes by a phytoremediation method are considered.
Keywords: oil slimes; capsulation; re-cultivation; phytoremediation; emulsification; reactions of ionic exchange in the soil; reagent ways of oil capsulation in the soil.
