The paper discusses the problems related to the damping of longitudinal vibrations of a drill-pipe string (DPS). The most energy-consuming type of a CS longitudinal vibrations are considered the vibrations caused by the well bottom topography, being the result of the work of multi-cutter drill bits. To damp them, there exist two main types of vibration dampers: near-bit dampers and dynamic dampers. Both types have significant drawbacks, in particular a narrow range of shock-type vibration dampers. Shock-typedynamic dampers standout. The paper describes a device of the vertical shock vibration damper of a DPS, devoid of these shortcomings. In it, the working elements are lubricated by a drilling fluid. This reduces the vibration damper inertia and increases the degree of damping in it. A dynamic model of this shock-type vibration damper of DPS has been developed, which proves complete performance of its function. The share of the dissipating vibration energy increases with an increase in the number of working elements used up to a certain limit, and then begins to fall, because the velocities of the upper heavy elements after a collision become ever smaller and the useful energy stops growing.

The paper presents the results of laboratory research on the impact of process fluids composition on the oil seal to eliminate a drilling toolsticking. The destruction efficiency of the seal was evaluated by shear stresses reduction after physical-chemical effect of technological fluids of various formulations on it for a constant time. It is recommended to use a 12 % aqueous solution of hydrazine hydrochloric acid with a 0,5 % additive of a surfactant as a process fluid for eliminating sticking due to seal formation.

Rocks crushing when drilling oil and gas wells occur under such mechanical stresses on them as impact, indentation, cutting. Under the action of the shock load in the rock, adjacent to the well bottom, stress waves propagate, which cause an increase of the rockdamage. The subsequent indentation of rock-destroying elements into the rock, its destruction occurs under the conditions of a tri-axial unequal component stress state of compression. The tangential force (cutting force) from the part of the rock cutting tool provides occurrence of compression in front of the tool front face and causes the destruction of the rock as a result of chipping. The paper is devoted to the study of the strength properties of rocks in a complex homogeneous stress state.

The paper describes the "Argunit RX" emulsifier properties, which is a mixture of nonionic surfactants based on unsaturated fatty acids, and (or) its solution in petroleum products, manufactured by LLC "RudChem". The emulsifier is designed to produce reverse emulsions of aqueous solutions of nitrate salts used in the mining industry, as well as to obtain hydrophobic-emulsion hydrocarbon-based solutions used when drilling oil and gas wells.

The advantages of using invert emulsion solutions for opening productive deposits at large zenith angles are described. The physical-chemical parameters of various grades of the "Argunit RX" emulsifier are given, as well as the technological parameters of an invert emulsion with the specified emulsifier at various temperatures. The results of a comparative assessment of the "Argunit RX" emulsifier quality and "Cleave FM" emulsifier produced by LLC "Mirrico" are shown, the structural-rheological properties of invert emulsion solutions using these reagents, their stability, electrical stability and other indicators are presented.

The paper presents a mathematical model for constructing a line test spectrum for vibration analysis of a damaged rolling bearing. The proposed mathematical apparatus allows getting qualitative information on the development of damage to the support elements of rotor assemblies in the form of a simple logic-graphical test table (test-spectrum). This approach allows skillful building of diagnostic tables that will be as complete and detailed as the detailed description of the technical system and the original models of elements have been worked out.

Currently, the main bulk of gas (over 90 %) in the northern fields of Russia is produced due to the development of purely gas types of deposits. Among the possible complications during wells operation, there noticed formation of hydrate seals, which clog the downhole equipment, as well as water-flooding of gas wells and freezing of washing fluid in the well. The paper is devoted to solving the problems of self-killing in production wells at the final stages of the Urengoy field development.

The decrease of flow rate and reservoir pressure drop worsens the conditions for the removal of fluid with mechanical impurities from the bottom of the wells. The process of water accumulation often causes an increase in filtration resistances, further decrease of productivity, and ultimately to a well shutdown.

The paper presents production technologies aimed at optimizing the operating modes of gas wells under water manifestation conditions, taking into account the maximum possible flow rate – when there occurs no destruction of the formation bottom hole zone and on-land equipment, and the minimum flow rate – when the fluid is not accumulated. The described approaches reduce the frequency of wells blowing and increase the efficiency of exploitation of the Cenomanian deposits of the Urengoy field.

The influence of earthquakes, which are the main technogenic factor, on the operational indicators of oil and gas fields is analyzed. In particular, using the example of two fields that have been developed since 1951 ("Neftyanye Kamni") and since 1963 ("Gryazevaya Sopka"), the effects of the number of earthquakes, their average amplitude, average epicenter depth per year on oil, gas and water production is analyzed. Field data were systematized and processed by statistical methods. Regression and correlation dependencies between production parameters and earthquake factors are constructed.

The results of the analysis provided for making a conclusion that earthquakes affected the production of oil and gas fields and that during conducting geological, technical and technological measures it is advisable to take into account the earthquake factor as a key technological phenomenon.

The results of laboratory tests of selected rock samples according to the drilled engineering-geological wells on the Caspian Sea shelf are presented. As a rule, before making a decision on mobilization of a self-elevating floating drilling rig to the designed point of destination, the analysis of the bearing capacity stability of the bottom of the sea base should be required. All previously conducted studies and their conclusions are based on the results of assessing stress strengths by the indicators of physical-mechanical properties of rocks. The paper studies the problem of the influence of the degree of physicochemical parameters of the soil various layers of a multilayer formation on the elastically deformed behavior of the soil, forming both the bottom of the marine platform and the underlying rocks. Based on the research data, it was concluded that the greatest influence on the physicochemical properties of rocks is exerted by the humidity, plasticity and particle size distribution.

Keywords: bearing capacity of the bottom of the marine platform; laboratory tests; core analysis; self-elevating floating drilling rig; plasticity; humidity.
