One of the present-day key requirements when projecting development is building of 3D reservoir models to identify basic specific features of geological structure of the object subject to development.

Today, Middle Carboniferous reservoirs are the most promising reserves of oil production growth of Kutushsky oil field, that’s why studying the regularities of the collectors’ distribution is of great importance in terms of the field’s further development.

Lithological heterogeneity of Bashkirian and Vereiskian deposits (Middle Carboniferous period) and reservoirs properties variation associated with resulted in a non-uniform distribution of reserves, both along the area and along the section. Major portion of reserves are distributed over numerous uplifts. Various reservoir heterogeneities should be taken into consideration to efficiently recover these hydrocarbon reserves. Consequently, reservoir heterogeneity analysis is critical to enhance oil recovery.

Based on 3D model analysis, Middle Carboniferous reservoirs are characterized by complex geology and heterogeneity. Bashkirian deposits exhibit lower permeability and porosity compared to Vereiskian deposits. Pay zones in these development objects are separated by impermeable shale barriers and have no communication with each other thus allowing selective-zone production and injection. Shale barriers are quite thick and effectively isolate the adjacent pay zones.

Key words: oil field; geology; heterogeneity; deposit; formation; carbonate reservoir; area; cross-section; digital model; permeability; porosity; net-to-gross ratio; stratification factor; shale barriers.

Oil fields in the Republic of Belarus are related to Pripat oil-bearing zone which is structurally and geologically presented by Pripat downfold. Prypat downfold is geologically complex and includes collectors of different type and lithology. The paper is up-to-date due to the fact that the main part of the recoverable resources in Belarus accounts for complex-structured carbonate collector. This collector is a complex one and its porosity and permeability have not been properly studied yet, especially those which fall on rock-collectors mainly formed after the deposits formation period. This collector type differs from collectors with mainly inter-granular porosity (terrigenous) by structure variety (pores, cavities, fractures) and in the whole by irregularity of porosity and permeability both along the area and the section. That is why it is necessary to improve modern oil recovery technologies from complex carbonate collectors using quality laboratory equipment.

The basis of this scientific paper is core study in BelNIPIneft research oil institute. The studies were made in static and dynamic conditions using Autoflood 700 modern equipment to simulate filtration processes in dynamics.

Key words: core material; the collector; fluid properties; permeability; pressure; filtration; displacement factor.

The article considers the problems of non-account of residual gas saturation influence of the near bottom-hole area of a formation on the showings of acoustic, neutron and density log methods. The interpretation and re-interpretation of the holes’ logging data of Ostroverkhovsky gas-condensate field (the Ukraine, northern bead of Dneprovsko-Donetsk cavity) is carried out in order to determine the formations in which the influence of the residual gas saturation on porosity methods showings is quite essential. Based on the conducted studies, the authors offer some method of apparent porosity coefficients to value the degree of formations’ residual gas saturation.

Classic methods applied for definition of the reservoir porosity coefficient by the results of geophysical well logging are grounded on the assumption that the residual gas saturation of the near hole area of a formation has no influence on the methods’ showings. The studies, held by the authors, resulted in proving the fact that in a number of cases the residual gas saturation garbles the porosity methods showings (acoustic, neutron and density logging) that leads to mismatch of values of design and real porosity. Presence of gas in near bottom-hole area makes different effect on the showings of the methods of acoustic, neutron and density logging. Determination of presence of gas saturation effect in that or other reservoir is the prior objective while interpreting GIS data for correct accounting of gas saturation character of a formation. To solve the problem the authors of the present article suggest some method of appraising gas saturation degree on the basis of calculation of porosity apparent curves.

The article describes the pressure changes in the cylinder of oil-well sucker-rod pumps. Some analytical expression of pressure change during pumping of degassed liquid and gas-liquid mixture is got. With this purpose pump efficiency factor was introduced. While determining actual plunger stroke, under specified operating conditions, the stroke length of well-head polished rods, elastic deformation of the tubing and the rod strings are taken into account. The load, transferred to the polished rods, which depends on the plunger square area and the pressure drop over the plunger and the pump intake is determined. From the statement of the degassed liquid incompressibility, the volume of fluid, received by the pump cylinder in accordance with the differential dependence, defines the cylinder volume by sinusoidal law of the plunger movement. It is found out that during the degassed liquid re-pumping the pressure in the pump cylinder varies sinusoidally. The problems of filling the pump cylinder by the gas-liquid mixture are solved in analogy. Though in this case gas factor, which characterizes the volumetric gas content of the mixture coming to pump intake is taken into account.

An equation of pressure change of gas-liquid mixture in the pump cylinder is got. It is found out that if the value of the gas factor coefficient is near zero then this equation transforms into the equation characterizing the degassed liquid.

Key words: qas-liquid mixture; pump cylinder; tubing.

The article considers the quality of plastic details threads of the oil-field equipment depending on their mode of production. Thus, the effect of the mode of threads parameters production on quality indicators (shrinkage, accuracy, etc.) is discussed. In article also describes application of mathematical methods when studying the influence of separate mode parameters (specific pressure, pressing, holding time in a form and temperature of pressing) on the quality of the produced details. All this resulted in proving the fact that between indicators of quality and regime processes there are accurate mathematical dependences which may be used for various materials and various sizes of metric threads (Ì10´15¸ Ì220´6).

The analysis of plastic threads production of details of the oilfield equipment parts is carried out. The regularity of shrinkage change of plastic threads elements on conditions of their production modes is found out. All this led to development of some mathematical models describing the dependence of accuracy of plastic threads elements on the technological modes of their production.

E-mail: taf@list.ru

Problems of protective coatings application (anticorrosion, paintwork materials, etc.) on the surfaces from steel, concrete, composite and other materials in the air, the area of alternating wetting and directly under water are analyzed. It is proved that the process of solidification and multi-layer coatings application on the production platforms housings in the sea conditions requires significant financial and time expenses and is practically impossible in the air (splashes, high humidity and low ambient temperature), in the area of alternating wetting and under water.

Possibility of accelerated solidification of protective coatings and their heavy-loaded application on rough (class St3), wetted and chilled steel surfaces in the acoustic field is discussed. The results of pilot testing conducted by "Vietsovpetro" company (Vietnam), confirming 40…50 % increase of coatings adhesion while 30...40 % reduction of their solidification duration and 20...30 % decrease of coatings consumption.

Some method of efficiency factor estimation at a well design stage is proposed in the article. The most qualitative hydrodynamic researches of operating wells resulted in sampling of the basic geological and physical-technical parameters of reservoir systems such as oil saturated thickness, porosity, effective rock pressure, permeability factor, dynamic viscosity of a fluid, well productivity. The linear equations of multi-regression are received by means of multidimensional correlative-regression analysis. The mathematical models obtained are used for prediction of the coefficient of projected wells productivity of inter-salt and subsalt deposits of the Pripyat depression. For projected wells reservoir parameters are defined by maps of isobars, capacities, porosity and permeability. Parameters making the greatest effect on productivity and an the value of an average relative error are defined for each model. The prognosis of productivity factor of projected wells allows taking the decision on expediency of drilling and choosing beforehand the most effective technology of development and the method of wells research. The assessment of the success of carrying out geological-technical activities at an early stage allows increasing economic efficiency of the project.

Cavitation reserve coefficient depends on such factors as atmospheric pressure, pressure at the pump inlet, pressure loss at the site between pump inlet and working chamber, fluid temperature.

When gas-liquid mixtures are used for a gear-type pump the picture of the absorption process becomes more complicated due to the presence of mechanical impurities in the form of non-dissolved gas bubbles and gas release from the liquid flow because of pressure reduction.

When conducting experiments to determine the cavitation reserve coefficient of a gear-type pump the atmospheric pressure was within the limits of 750…760 mm Hg and it was assumed equal to 755 mm Hg.

The magnitude of pressure loss ∆ðn was determined during the cavitation testing of a gear-type pump using non-carbonated liquids (without air supply) and it was proved the same in all the experiments.
