The main fields of Pripyat depression are exploited with application of the system of a formation pressure maintenance. That is why it is necessary to update the existing oil recovery technologies and to introduce the modern ones (gas-water and gas-thermal impact, composite water-flooding, etc).

It is known that the basic flows of fluids in a formation pass through the zones with the best permeability-porosity characteristics of a reservoir. The majority of the deposits, operated by "Belorusneft" Production Association, belong to complicatedly-built carbonate reservoirs. Such type of reservoirs is characterized by heterogeneity of formations-reservoirs permeability, both by magnitude and direction. Studying of formations-reservoirs heterogeneity of productive intervals is necessary for creation of a conceptual hydrodynamic model and for a choice of the most effective policy when maximally developing hydrocarbon reserves. The most reliable method of definition of reservoirs characteristics heterogeneity is special studies of a core oriented samples of in laboratories. They allow determining the required parameters of permeability. However, such methods cost much and take a lot of time. The article suggests some method of estimation of anisotropy and vertical permeability by the results of wells hydrodynamic testing.

Key words: anisotropy; radial and vertical permeability; filtration; skin-factor.

Provision of fire and gas blowout safety during construction and operation of wells is a major challenge when developing hydrocarbon deposits located in difficult and remote areas with harsh climatic conditions. The lack of the necessary volume of water at a well can lead to an emergency situation related to the inability of fire timely extinguishment or wellhead equipment irrigation of a flowing well and special equipment. One of the ways of the problem solution is building of an underground storage tank of the required volume in the permafrost, surrounding the well, which can be filled-in by imported or melt-water.

Minimally waterless technology, based on directing of shut-off valves to the burning wellhead without fire extinguishing, is applied in the Far North conditions when eliminating wild gas blowouts that occur at gas, gas condensate and oil wells.

The article describes rock geological sections of Yamal Peninsula deposits. Presence of large thicknesses of sandy sediments over permafrost areas makes it possible to build underground storage tanks for emergency water storage. The water (in a sufficiently large volume) is required to extinguish the fire at the well during its drilling or operation as well as to irrigate its mouth and technical tools of emergency rescue service when liquidating an accident or a wild blowout.

Special underground water tanks are proposed to be built on the territory of a wells’ cluster, being drilled. These tanks after they are needed no longer can be used for storing drill and other processing wastes. Availability of emergency water supply at a wells’ cluster reduces the duration of liquidation and rescue-recovery activities as well as increases their industrial and environmental safety.

Key words: underground tank; permafrost; water; emergency supply; wild blowout; fire.

The results of the work aimed at improving the effectiveness of medium and hard rocks destruction by using helical structures of rolling-cutter drill bits are presented in the article. The analysis of research related to the definition of stress fields’ mutual effect arising while simultaneous contact of several teeth of rolling-cutter drill bits’ structure is conducted. It is found out that in case of the two teeth simultaneous impact on the well bottom there exists such optimum distance between their peaks, which provides reaching the maximum destructive effect caused by addition of stress waves generated by them in the rock, being drilled, as well as the influence of the orientation of the teeth working surfaces on the effectiveness of the destruction of well bottom rock. As a result of the work, it is proposed to equip the drill bits used for drilling of medium and hard rock by multidirectional helical structures with the teeth reduced angle of throat, which will allow reducing not only the energy consumption and minimizing racks formation but also ensuring even wear-out of all teeth structures over a full cycle of the tool operation.

Key words: rolling-cutter drill bit; stress field; helical structures.

Reduction of capital and operational costs in case of oil mechanized production in conditions of a significant drop of oil prices is an urgent problem salvation of which is required for supporting profitability of marginal wells equipped with electrical submersible pump units. In the context of an essential increase in copper prices resulting in the price increase of cable products with copper conductors, there appeared the necessity of finding some ways to reduce the cost of the power cable used for the power supply to submersible electric motors. The article considers the possibility of further development of the benefits that were derived from use of widely-spread high-voltage submersible electric motors. By analogy with the technology of electric power transmission over long distances it is proposed to use high voltage motors in a set with a cable with aluminum-based wires. This equipment will significantly reduce the capital cost of the cable purchasing herewith, the energy saving effect will be preserved due to reduction of the operating current of the submersible electric motor. The results of calculations of the economic efficiency of the said equipment combination are presented; comparison with other possible options is made. As a result, some method of simultaneous reduction of operating and capital expenditures, in most cases not requiring any investment and allowing 18,1 % saving in cost during the first year of operation. The proposed method will be tested in the fields of JSC "NK" Rosneft".

Key words: increase of profitability of mechanized wells operation; reduction of costs in case of oil mechanized production; use of high voltage submersible electric motors (SEM); use of cables with aluminum conductors; energy conservation (energy efficiency) in case of oil mechanized production.

Topochemical reactions of atoms interaction at the contact interface of layers lie in the basis of technological processes of dissimilar materials joining in the bimetallic structure. However, there appear intensive diffusion processes, leading to changes in the structure and properties of the materials to be joined. The diversity of influencing factors in technological processes of bimetallic structures production necessitates their classification, identification of formation patterns. Depending on the requirements to bimetallic structure, its working (cladding) layer should have high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, electric conductivity, etc. As far as physical-chemical properties of metals and its atoms interaction are concerned, it is determined by the types of the connection zone.

Some "equivalent proppant" calculation method for an acid-etched fracture is presented. This is a fake proppant which, when placed inside an etched-pattern fracture, will create the same conductivity and result in similar dependency between conductivity and confining stress as a real acid-etched fracture.

The calculations have been performed in EXCEL. Comparison with FracPRO results has yielded the relative error within +5…–2%.

Equivalent proppant is established for each particular task with specific boundary conditions and input parameters and should be varied with them. It is assumed that the width of an equivalent-proppant-laden fracture is constant, independent of confining stress, and is either equal to the design acid-etched width or is defined by the given proppant concentration.

Problems of increasing efficiency of gas preparation technologies during its off-take from Kalmass underground gas storage (UGS) facility are discussed. Gas consumption irregularity is one of the main operation mode parameters of underground gas storage facilities. UGS facilities are an integral part of its transportation network and guarantee its normal operation. Increase of quality and efficiency of gas off-take from underground gas storage facilities in the Azerbaijan Republic depends on the updating of the existing technologies that are applied when preparing gas for transportation.

To increase active volume of injected gas, the current state of gas preparation technology for transportation, thermodynamic parameters of all wells and production equipment at Kalmass UGS facility have been analyzed. A series of research studies with the view of some new technology development is carried out. The results of the carried-out research studies served the basis for development of some new complex absorbent for gas dehydration and hydrate formation prevention based on local petrochemical products. In addition, optimal thermodynamic and technological modes of the unit operation during gas take-off from Kalmass UGS facility are selected.
