The analysis of washing systems structures of rolling-cutter drill bits is presented. Major factors of interdependence that influence the effectiveness of a well bottom cleaning when drilling by rolling-cutter drill bits are fixed. The analysis of variants of the most effective jet direction for various types of designs of drill-bit cutting structures as well as for drilling conditions is conducted. The necessity of the measures to reduce the adverse effects of screening jets on well bottom cleaning process for jetting bits, in particular, the use of the asymmetric scheme of washing, ejection effect, equipping of bits by vortex chambers, the use of a pulsating washing; smaller diameter nozzles with their approach to the well bottom, application of the original structure of a well bottom assembly (BHA) change of nozzles’ layout and their shape is substantiated. The advantages and disadvantages of the asymmetrical washing scheme and various options of its updating are described. The design schemes of manufacturing of rolling-cutter drill bits using sludge removing openings in the arms and various ejection systems are presented.

The analysis of washing systems structures of rolling-cutter drill bits proves availability of significant reserves to be used for efficiency enhancement of well bottom cleaning by means of optimization of washing schemes and washing units as well as by changing the shape of jetting nozzles.

Numerous heat exchangers of various design, among which shell and tube heat exchangers being the most common ones, are used in oil and gas producing, oil refining and petrochemical industries. The disadvantage of these refrigeration units is low efficiency of a pipe-still surface cooling as well as decrease of operational efficiency in conditions of oil and gas production, gathering and preparation due to the blocking of the pipe-still internal surfaces. The article describes some new design of a heat exchanger characterized both by a simple structure and an intensity of compressed hot gas cooling through the use of sea water natural cold and greater area of cooling. Comparative calculation of indicators of surface cooling by one newly-designed unit with surface cooling by one installation, being currently in operation, is given. The efficiency of surface cooling by the newly-designed unit is shown.

This paper analyzes the opportunities of updating of the existing development techniques, the efficiency of implementation of horizontal drilling techniques in "Jalilneft" Oil and Gas Production Department (PJSC "Tatneft"). Despite the success of horizontal drilling techniques horizontal wells and horizontal sidetracks their potential isn’t fully used. The authors have worked out some guidelines and suggestions for improving efficiency of horizontal drilling operations in the deposits of "Jalilneft" Oil and Gas Production Department. The results obtained during the operation of wells with horizontal completion proved the necessity of selecting the appropriate well completion variant. The paper shows how the well completion technology affects the possibility of conducting remedial cementing and water shutoff works in wells with horizontal completion. The following requirements have been laid down for well designs with horizontal completion: intervals of the reservoir with different porosity and permeability should be separated; horizontal wellbores should be cased for safety reasons and well workover. Also Economic efficiency of isolation works has also been calculated.

Key words: low-productive formations; horizontal wells; hard-to-recover reserves; oilfield development; drilling; well completion; horizontal sidetracks; water shutoff.

Based on the numerical modeling of multi-phase flow of operating fluid in conditions of the developed cavitation, there developed the design of a mixer with centrifugal burners. The results of the mixer field tests while treating the producing wells with acid-oil emulsions in the Belarus Republic oil fields are given. Integrated studies of the emulsions, obtained at different process flow patterns in the field and laboratory conditions are performed. The efficiency indices of the conducted geological-technical activities aimed at production stimulation by the method of controlled acid treatment are presented.

Possibility of intra-pipe separation of a water-oil emulsion in a well loop by means of two sources of acoustic vibrations is considered. Herewith, the acoustic vibrations extend towards each other. Moving emulsion flow is subjected to ultrasonic vibrations influence from the first source with a vibrations frequency f1 and with the direction of the wave spreading, that coincides with the direction of the flow movement, as well as to ultrasonic influence of the second source with acoustic vibrations frequency f2, less than f1, and with the direction of the wave spreading opposite to the direction of the flow movement direction. Vibrations are selected in accordance with the flow rate W so that f f= W (f+ f2) / c, where c is the acoustic sound velocity in the emulsion. Such arrangement of acoustic influence sources and such choice of vibrations ensure efficiency increase of a water-oil emulsion separation. It is possible to carry out separation of oil and water directly near a well’s mouth.

Key words: emulsion; separation; coagulation; acoustic influence; ultrasound.

When projecting natural gas liquefaction businesses in the regions with severe climatic conditions it is necessary to take into account the logistical risks associated with the delays or early arrival of tankers for loading engaged in liquefied natural gas transportation.

In case of deviation from the scheduled time of LNG carriers, arrival for loading the projected capacity of technological chains should be adjusted accordingly, with account of the limited volume of LNG storage tank farm.

The paper describes the developed model of fuzzy control of LNG plant production capacity on the basis of the theory of fuzzy sets.

The data of the project of Yuzhno-Tambeyskoye gas-condensate field development in the Yamal Peninsula, the Russian Federation, will be used as the initial data for the model development.

Key words: control; production capacity; regulation; liquefied natural gas (LNG); model; gas-condensate field.
