To compensate pressure drops at a ESP outlet it is proposed to use pneumatic compensators (dampeners). The article shows that the frequency of ESP pressure drops is low, therefore, to provide the vibration effective insulation of a pneumatic compensator piston its own frequency of oscillation should be small. It is impossible when using the existing pneumatic compensators. Effective vibration insulation of the pneumatic compensator’s piston is possible in case of the force characteristic of the pneumatic compensator that has the working part with quasi-zero stiffness. To get the quasi-zero stiffness a set of systems with positive and negative stiffness is necessary. A pneumatic compensator with a quasi-zero stiffness is supposed to be constructed as a set of a pneumatic spring and a package of consistently-connected disc-shaped springs, which is located inside the pneumatic spring and supports its piston. The pneumatic spring is a system with a positive stiffness, a package of consistently-connected dish-shaped springs – a system with negative stiffness. Parameters of dish-shaped springs are selected in such a way that is the force characteristic of all the package of springs should have a part of negative stiffness. Addition of negative stiffness of a package of dish-shaped springs and positive stiffness of a pneumatic spring makes the resultant system gain the quasi-zero stiffness. Calculations of the displacement of the pneumatic compensator piston at a sudden pressure drop on ESP outlet in case of a quasi-zero stiffness and elastic support of the piston, that is characteristic of the existing modern pneumatic compensators are presented in the article. In case pf the elastic support of the piston its displacement is tens of times less than in case of quasi-zero stiffness. In case of quasi-zero stiffness of the pneumatic compensator, displacement of its piston happens practically at any pressure drop that leads to the operation of the overall ESP unit.

The article considers the possibility of sintering of hard alloys’ various carbide-tungsten-cobalt powders on steels with different carbon content. It is found that the strong characteristics, namely, in case of cutting, depend on the mechanical formation staging and, specifically, when the one-stage MTF is 1,6…1,9 times higher than the two-stage ones due to the η-phase elimination in the transition solid alloy-steel zone.

As a result, it is claimed that the durability of the combined teeth, obtained by the powders sintering method of tungsten-cobalt hard alloys depends on the mechanical formation staging.

The first tests of foreign manufacture submersible sand separators for the protection of electric submersible pumps, conducted in the fields of PJSC "NC "Rosneft" in 2005 showed high efficiency and ease of use. To create conditions for import substitution it was necessary to develop technical requirements for the functional properties of this equipment, which were completely absent in Russia. The technical requirements were developed based on the bench tests of sand separators produced by different manufacture and conducted on the instructions of PJSC "NK "Rosneft" at the Chair of Machinery and Equipment of Oil and Gas Industry of Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, the study of the world and generalization of their own experience, obtained during the equipment use as well as using the information on the use of hydro-cyclones to separate solid particles from fine and coarse suspensions in various industries. Criteria for separation of poly-disperse medium particles by their size were worked out, taking into account the specific features of submersible separators use and the specificity of abrasive wear out processes in submersible pumps. Another criterion was the efficiency of particle separation at the liquid various flow-rates of 1 and 25 cP viscosity as well as the presence of free gas in it. Development and introduction of these technical requirements in PJSC "NK "Rosneft" allowed to quickly form the market of domestic manufacturers of submersible sand separators at the expense of cost reduction in comparison with the import analogues to increase the volumes of their use and make the application of this equipment a standard practice for the protection of some of the wells with the most significant complications.

The paper considers the problems related to planning of the Domanic deposits development of Ballaevsky uplift of Novo-Elkhovskoe field.

To increase efficiency of the Domanic oil deposits development, in Ballaevsky uplift of Novo-Elkhovskoe field, drilling of five infill wells by a triangular well pattern is suggested. Proppant and acid hydraulic fracturing of a formation is recommended to increase a formation permeability by creation of additional fracture systems. In the framework of the pilot development, a horizontal well will be drilled, thus providing approbation of the technology of a multistage hydraulic fracturing of a formation. To minimize the risks of drilling wells with noncommercial reserves, it is suggested to maximally use the well return fund and application of the technology of dual production.

According to the production forecast data based on the hydrodynamic model of Roxar (Tempest) software package, the offered development scenario will provide reaching 0,200 unit fraction of oil recovery factor in the Domanic deposits. The discounted net profit of the project during the design period will total to 221 million rubles, the state’s discounted profit will make 241 million rubles.

To calculate the dynamic stability of a rod string, the similarity criterion of sucker-rod pumps operating modes, the Cauchy parameter is used. The boundary value between the static and dynamic modes lies in the range of 0,3…0,5. For specific conditions, it is proposed to determine the exact value using the methods of reliability theory. To do this, the concordance criteria are calculated, allowing in doubtful cases to determine the law of the random value distribution, in this case – the work of the sucker-rod pump till its failure. The normal distribution law will correspond to the static regime, asymmetric laws will be dynamic. It is proposed to use the Pearson, Kolmogorov tests criteria for getting of a large number of statistical data, the Shapiro-Wilk, Bartlett, Mann tests – for a small number of statistical data.

Due to a well’s complex profile, the longitudinal oscillations of the rods can become transverse. That’s why, the obtained value is additionally checked for stability to parametric excitation according to the Ains – Strett diagram. In the intersection of the areas of sucker-rod pumps possible operational modes and the Cauchy parameter values of 0,3…0,5, either static or dynamic operational mode of the pumping unit is specified by the zones of stability of the Ains – Strett diagram.

OF ELEMENTS OF GAS-CHEMICAL COMPLEX EQUIPMENT FOR METAL CHOICE
AND ITS TESTING ON THE CRACK RESISTANCE DURING DIAGNOSING (p. 64)

The article discusses the necessity of selecting elements and places for cutting of metal samples of gas-chemical complex equipment for testing during diagnostics.

The substantiation of the approach, parameters and criteria for the selection of equipment elements the metal with a spread of the mechanical properties values that affect the "conditional stock" of metal properties that provides resistance to brittle fracture (RBF), selection and testing of samples for crack resistance is considered.

It is shown that the values of the steel ductility parameters, namely, the ratio of the yield strength to the ultimate strength (σò/σâ = max), the relative elongation (δ = min) and the relative narrowing (Ψ = min) can serve as selection criteria from a group of elements the metal of which has a smaller "conditional stock" of the RBF metal properties.

The proposed approach, parameters and criteria of equipment elements choice to be used for the selection and testing of the samples for their crack resistance will allow to select the metal from the equipment elements that initially have, out of those that are in the group under consideration, a smaller "conditional stock" of the RBF metal properties. A positive assessment of this metal testing for crack resistance in accordance with GOST 25.506-85 can be extended to the metal of the remaining elements of this group, which has a somewhat larger "conventional stock" of RBF properties.

Keywords: technological equipment; hydrogen sulfide environment; equipment elements; long-term operation; resistance to a brittle fracture; testing for crack resistance.

At present the problem of metals corrosion is very urgent. The largest corrosion losses are observed in fuel-energy complex (FEC), agriculture chemistry and petroleum chemistry. Besides the direct losses caused by corrosion and its disastrous effects for equipment, structures and materials there exist collateral loses, that are even bigger. They include expenditures directly caused by essential loss of operational capacity of the corroded technological equipment and production chains in the whole, equipment forced shut-downs due to accidents and the required repair works and preventive maintenance measures, as well as expenditures on the liquidation of accidents after effects, that rather often reach the level of small ecological catastrophes.

The most integral part of preventing corrosion accidents aftereffects is control over corrosion processes and metal protection.

Nowadays, the main instrument of the system of pipelines diagnostic testing is intra-pipe diagnosing by means of ultra-sound, metal magnetic memory and eddy currents, thermo-visional inspection as well as installation of samples-witnesses and monitoring of their wear-out.

Various anti-corrosion covers, that prolong the operational time of metal structures and equipment are used to prevent metal corrosion.

The main shortcomings of the above-mentioned methods are devices complexity, essential cost of diagnosing devices, long-term training of personnel, as well as impossibility of application of corrosion diagnosing methods being the consequence of the structural peculiarities of the object under consideration or the necessity of an objects withdrawal from the technological process.

The article presents the new monitoring and diagnosing methods of corrosion processes inside the technological equipment and pipelines based on using marks (markers-tracers). Its description, advantages and variants of application as well the results of pilot-industrial testing are given in detail.
