The derived theoretical dependences of the amended estimation of the oscillatory processes, the basis of which are the equations of motion for bound and unbound systems, are presented It is shown that the elastic element should register two resonances at different oscillation frequencies of the drive mechanisms. The conditions of two resonances appearance in case of the second perturbation absence are discussed.

A CONTROLLED ELECTRIC DRIVE
IN THE SYSTEM OF OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY (p. 6)

The article considers a trend of electric drives development, their controllability increase and electric power losses reduction.

At present all branches of the industry pay great attention to implement of energy saving technologies as the electric energy rational use and its saving are directly related to the production efficiency.

The electric drive was created in the XIXth century and ever since it has come a long way from the first electric drive of a boat, developed by the academician B.S. Jacobi in 1838, to the modern automated electric drive that puts into motion a countless number of working machines and mechanisms in the industry, transportation, oil industry, consumer electronics and automatically controls their technological processes.

However, it ceased to satisfy modern requirements to electric drives of automated processing units, especially in the field of control of rotation angular speed.

The above-said problem can only be solved by the drive of principally new type – the dual rotation – birotational.

The characteristics of this engine distinguish it from conventionally designed engine (with a fixed stator):

1) the engine can provide the algebraic addition of angular velocity of its rotating parts – rotor and stator;

2) in the free state, when neither the rotor nor the stator is subjected to loading, the angular velocities of the rotor and stator rotation are determined by their moments of inertia;

3) the structural elements of the drive, external to the birotational engine lack the reactive torque;

4) in case of equality of the rotor’s and stator’s flywheel actions, rotating in the opposite directions, the Coriolis forces affecting any of the rotating parts are mutually balanced. This property can significantly influence the accuracy of gyroscopic system work by reducing precessions areas, thus increasing the gyroscope stability;

5) selection of the type and characteristics of the synchronization system in the birotational drive can provide the required load mechanical characteristic regardless of the type of the motor used. This is ensured by the maintenance of the motor’s power nominal value at all values of the output shaft angular velocities.

The above-mentioned properties of birotational-type drives allow to solve difficult enough technical problems by simpler methods as compared with those ones of traditional drives, for example, to provide a wide range of velocity variations without using expensive systems of power electronic control, maintaining power constant level throughout the control range.

DIAMOND BIT WITH INNOVATIVE FIXING OF BIT CUTTERS  (p. 13)

The results of studies of the development of the of diamond bits design – PDC – with innovative mechanical fixing of bit cutters in the holes on the blades are presented. The fixing is carried out without traditional heating and soldering, by means of a pair of plastic cone-type locking bushings inserted one into the other – one with the outer cylindrical surface of the mating wall of the hole in the blade and the inner one with a conical surface, the top of the body facing its bottom, and also another pair of bushings with the inner surface of the mating surface of the cutter base, and the external conical surface, the cone vertex of which faces its exit. In the bottom of the hole, a coaxial through hole in the blade, smaller in diameter, is envisaged for the PDC cutter to insert the cutter into it and to remove it from the hole by the knockout, to provide the turning of the worn out part or complete replacement of the bit cutter during the bit restoration directly in the drilling conditions, without transporting it to the factory-manufacturer.

PROLONGATION OF THE LIFE-TIME OF SUCKER-ROD PUMPS OPERATION
IN JSC "BASHNEFT" (p. 18)

One of the main factors influencing the life-time between overhauls period of sucker-rod deep pumps work is a complex of loads on the pump in the whole and on its parts during the lifting operations during its operation.

Based on the deep analysis of the operation of the sucker-rod borehole pumping units, conducted by JSC "Bashneft", the nature of the existing loads, the corrosive effects on the materials, that the deep pump components are manufactured of, and the frequently recurring causes of the failure of the sucker-rod deep pumps are revealed. Proceeding from the causes revealed, regularities of wear-out and operational life-time of deep pumps operation, both the new ones and those subjected to overhauling are identified. The sucker-rode deep-water pump to be replaced is subjected to defects analysis, both as a pump in the whole and its separate parts. The plunger pair are repaired by means of high-tech equipment in compliance with the advanced technological processes (machining, heat treatment of the cylinder, spraying of the plunger, selection of valve pairs).

All technical parameters (P; Q; η; k) of the pumps that were deeply overhauled, when compared with the technical characteristics of the new pumps, prove to be practically similar. Their operational life-time is the same or even exceed that of the new pumps. Excess is the result of high technological repair of the plunger pair and individual selection of the valve pair in relation to the produced oil characteristics (water-flooding, gas factor, viscosity, etc.).

The main volume of oil production in the Pripyat trough is provided by the mature fields. Their development is complicated by the fact that the share of the carbonate reservoirs makes about 89 % of the residual recoverable reserves, and the fields are characterized by low pressure and high water cut, worsened reservoir properties. One of the main problems of these fields is presence of zones with large amount of residual reserves, which are not involved in the development. The article briefly describes the traditional methods of the zones identification, that are not involved in the development, and presents the developed technique that allows to identify the undeveloped zones as well as to estimate the residual recoverable reserves both the entire deposit and its required area. The proposed methodology can be used both for conducting of the routine analysis and in the situations when it is necessary to quickly decide on a further development trend. The technique was tested in the carbonate reservoirs of the Pripyat trough and showed its efficiency.

RESEARCHES OF THE USE OF LIGNOSULFONATES-BASED SOLUTIONS
TO CARRY OUT ISOLATION WORKS IN WELLS (p. 28)

This paper describes the results of laboratory experiments on the filtration of the solutions based on lignosulfonates in combination with other components and the possibilities of their application in practice for formation waters isolation. Besides, the paper presents the description of the solution hardening mechanism based on the lignosulfonate. It also shows the graphic dependences of the kinematic viscosity, mobility and the solution state at its various concentrations; by using which it is possible to calculate the necessary proportion of the components mixture to create an isolating solution corresponding to the specified characteristics, in particular, the temperature of the application areas and the time of the solution hardening. Finally, the conclusions about further study of the solutions based on lignosulfonates and their use together with surfactants are made.

The problem of selection of the apparatus optimal operational modes that provides absorption drying with minimum technical-economic costs and the product required quality is considered. A comparative analysis of the dependence of the input parameters of the gas adsorption drying on the variables of the contact temperature and pressure "Gas-Diethylene Glycol" and "Gas-Water-Methanol Solution" is carried out. Influence of diethylene glycol (DEG) and water-methanol solution (BMS0, pressure, "Gas-DEG" and "Gas-BMS" contact temperatures, gas consumption for entrainments and the dewpoint temperature of DEG and BMS dried gas are determined.

In the era of high energy consumption, an important and urgent task of the oil industry is to provide the greatest completeness of raw hydrocarbon recovery out of subsoil assets. In the Republic of Belarus, carbonate-type reservoirs are the main sources of accumulation of geological and recoverable oil reserves. The complex structure of carbonate rocks capacitive space and presence of fractures systems of various sizes and geometries cause the selective recovery of reserves by the volume of the reservoirs.

The article presents the hydrodynamic modeling results of various technologies of non-stationary influence on the heterogeneous high-watered carbonate reservoir in order to increase the oil recovery factor. The technologies under consideration are based on the results of laboratory studies that are carried out to determine the oil recovery factors and their growth due to cyclic action, surfactants application and capillary impregnation processes performed on a carbonate-type core.

The article considers the phenomenon of a hydraulic shock, the causes and conditions for its occurrence. A numerical experiment to analyze the stress-deformed state of a pipeline section, with a device of a hydraulic shock dissipation in the systems, installed on it, as well as a section without any additional protection from the negative impact of the hydraulic shock is carried out. The values and amplitudes of the stresses pulsations in the pipeline dangerous sections under the influence of the dynamic load from the internal medium are determined. A conducted comparative analysis of the stress-strain state of both schemes proved the fact, that stresses increase as compared with the static state, for a pipeline protected by a pressure self-stabilizer is 25 times less than for a pipeline without any additional protection from a hydraulic shock. Based on the results obtained, a methodology to be applied for estimation of the medium dynamic influence on a pipeline strength has been developed.

The useful model refers to the devices for recovery of oil products vapor. The unit allows to recover vapor of oil products in the tanks due to the decrease of the temperature in the heat-exchanger unit and due to absorption by the absorbing agent. The useful model consists of the tank, receiving device, shaft, absorbent, refrigeration unit, filter-absorber.

Due to financial-economic situation deterioration caused by the fall in oil export prices, the management of PJSC "Tatneft" set the task of doubling the current value of the Company, ensuring oil production of 30 million tons by 2025, reducing the level of unit operational costs by 10 %, and, importantly, the increase of the level of industrial and environmental safety. However, only an integrated approach to costs reduction can effectively reduce costs. To reduce costs, the Company should introduce various measures and at different levels. One of the trends of costs reduction is the operation of ground oilfield equipment. To do this, it is necessary to develop a set of measures that will not only reduce the costs of the equipment operation but also enhance its efficiency and, consequently, the Company's efficiency in general.

During the mechanized method of oil production using sucker-rod deep-well pumping units (SRPU), there arise a number of technical problems that seriously affect the operational efficiency of the production wells fund and, in general, the volume of oil production. Such problems should include the following:

1) the design imperfection of the existing valves used for outgassing from the annular space of oil wells through the tubing into the wellhead assembly;

2) the lack of the possibility of carrying out technological studies to measure the degree of loading of ground-based drives of sucker-rod deep-well pumps equipped with a rod-turner;

3) the omission of oil on the drive gearboxes while operating the beam-pumping units;

4) frequent failures of chain drives of the sucker-rod well pumping units due to the cargo belt sailing;

5) deformation of polished rods;

6) wedging of the rod string due to the formation of paraffin and the production of a thick emulsion;

7) heavy wear-out of the stuffing box seals due to a misalignment of the ground drive.
