The possibilities of occurrence of unstable resonance regimes of linear and nonlinear systems in the mechanisms of oil-producing equipment drives are discussed. Herewith, the solution of the Cauchy problem is considered, applying the "shooting" method. A finite-difference scheme is obtained that simulates the behavior of the linear differential problem in case of the resonance effect manifestation.

Stroke length of chain drives of downhole sucker-rod pumps is constant and pumping capacity can be changed through oscillation frequency variations – replacement of V-belt drive pulleys, which is labor intensive and results in wells downtime. The present paper analyzes the oscillation-frequency changes of chain drives after using step cone pulleys of V-belt transmission, V-belt variable-speed drive, adjustable hydraulic drive, reversible hydraulic drive, speed control of asynchronous electric motor, and permanent magnet motor. It proves the fact that if electric motor power of chain drives does not exceed 3 kW, then the use of V-belt variable-speed drive is reasonable; if electric motor power of chain drives is more than 3,0...5,5 kW, then the use of permanent magnet motor, that transmits rotation through the coupling, is preferable. For PTs80-6-1/4 and PTs120-7,3-1/4, it is recommended to use the permanent magnet motor mounted on the housing gearbox. Such configuration will provide stepless change of oscillations frequency of downhole sucker-rod pumps both in manual and automatic modes. Moreover, power transmission through chain drives using permanent magnet motors will ensure additional energy saving when lifting the fluids from wells to the surface.

INFLUENCE OF OVALITY OF HEAT EXCHANGE-EXCHANGE EQUIPMENT

When assembling shell-and-tube heat exchangers due to the influence of various factors, an ovality of the housing occurs. The relative body ovality should not exceed 2 %. Ovality of the hull affects the size of the gaps between the hull and the transverse partition. Also, manufacturers artificially increase these gaps in order to simplify the assembly process. To assess the effect of hull ovality on the thermal and hydraulic characteristics, a heat exchange process was simulated for a heat exchanger with an internal diameter of 400 mm and a long apparatus of 1000 mm. Values of ovality in the range from 0,5 to 2,0 % were considered. The spatial position of the ovality was also taken into account. Ovality of the housing adversely affects the thermal efficiency of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. This reduces the cost of mechanical energy on the heat exchange process. Kirpichev criterion for heat exchangers with vertical ovality increases. With horizontal ovality for a heat exchanger of smaller diameter increases, and for a heat exchanger of larger diameter decreases. With an increase in the value of the ovality, the thermal efficiency decreases, which leads to the need to increase the heat exchange surface.

OF C-1, 2, 5, 6 SEPARATORS WHILE THEIR REPAIRING

When repairing C-1, 2, 5, 6 separators of 6650 mm long, of 2000 mm diameter and a maximum wall thickness of 40 mm at the site of JSC "Kuybyshev Refinery", thermal treatment of their housings was required to reduce metal hardness of the seam and the near-seam zones and to remove the retained welding stresses. Furnace technique of heating without dismantling of the apparatus turned out to be impossible, and due to the large number of defects throughout the separators housing, the local thermal treatment was labor-intensive and not economically inadvisable. A method of out-of-furnace volumetric thermal treatment, unique during repairing of the operational equipment, was proposed. The technology and equipment developed by the specialists of JSC "VNIIPTchemnefteapparatury" provided simultaneous heat treatment of the separators entire housing in the high tempering mode, thus ensuring uniform distribution of the temperature, good process control and, consequently, high quality of thermal treatment in the current production conditions, without dismantling the main process equipment.

USE OF SWELLING PACKERS

The paper considers swellable packers as an effective and reliable method of separating the horizontal wellbore to develop deposits with hard-to-recover oil reserves. The classification of swelling packers is given, their design, application fields, advantages and disadvantages are considered. It is shown that the rate of swelling of an elastomeric sealing element depends on a number of factors, the main of which are the structural composition of the elastomer, the composition of the liquid in which it swells, the degree of fluid access to the surface of the elastomer as well as temperature.

The paper presents the results of work aimed at further improvement of the designs of rolling cutter drilling tools. Based on the research and design-engineering works, several promising options of sliding bearings designs were proposed, which would significantly increase the reliability and efficiency of the support units of the roller drilling tools. The technical result of the work was the development of several new designs of supporting elements of rolling cutter drilling tools that make it possible to improve the efficiency of the tool’s work by increasing the operational lifetime of its supporting assemblies and simplifying their design. The essence of technical development lies in the complete abandonment of the use of ball lock bearings as a means of fixing the rolling cutter on the drilling bit leg axle with their further replacement by various fixing devices, that allow not only to simplify the technological process of manufacture of a rolling cutter drilling tool, but also to increase the reliability and operational lifetime of its bearings units. Equipment of a rolling cutter drilling tool with sliding bearings of a new design will not only increase the reliability and operational lifetime of the supporting structures, but also the efficiency of the rolling cutter drilling tool in general.

The paper considers the main periods of development of mobile oil-field hoists using the provisions of the law of progressive evolution of technical systems (TS).

It is shown that for the period covered there was rather intensive development of the considered TS with the elimination of the identified shortcomings and the transition to their new modifications. These transitions were progressive in nature and, in general, provided improved quality and competitiveness of the units.

The implementation of the "life cycle" analysis of the TS data made it possible to predict the main ways of their further evolution. Particularly, for the units designed for wells workover, the need to create specialized mobile hoisting units of high quality and competitiveness was confirmed.

The paper considers some approaches to the modified standards development for the examples of various types of the oil and gas industry products, namely, packers and wire ropes. The relevant national, foreign and international standards were comparatively analyzed, the structure and content of standardization documents were compared. A method has been developed to determine the level of unification and modification when new provisions are included in a modified standard. A justification method is presented in terms of supplementing the requirements of the modified standard with account of the risk management principle.

The article presents a methodology for assessing the direction of the innovation process implementation at industrial enterprises, which allows to carry out the required control over the course of the innovation process implementation, the costs reduction of the innovation activity and optimal correction of the innovation process direction. This can ensure a systematic approach to the formation of competitive immunity of industrial enterprises in the region. The significance and attractiveness of this methodology is caused by the fact that it can be applied at industrial enterprises of any sectors of the economy, regardless of the life cycle stage of the product being researched, the company and/or the innovation process, since the composition and number of specific indicators can be adjusted by the working group both before the research and during implementation of the enterprise innovation activities (at any stage of its implementation). The implementation of the strategy of competitive immunity formation during innovative processes implementation will allow to create a model for industrial partnerships development that will ensure the competitive coexistence of industrial enterprises.

A considerable part of oil world reserves belongs to fields with fractured collectors. The main objective of the oil-producing industry is increase of production wells flow-rates.

When developing the Ardalinsky group of oil fields of the Timano-Pechorsky province in carbonate collectors, productivity coefficient decrease with liquid withdrawals increase has been revealed for a long period of the fields’ operation.

The wells fund of the fields is operated by electric-centrifugal submersible pumps (ESP). ESP operational capacity varies over a wide range. Selection of an optimum drawdown that provides wells operation in similar reservoirs allows to reach the most profitable flow-rates of wells.

The paper presents the results and the analysis of the created drawdowns effect during wells operation on the productivity coefficient of a group of fields in carbonate reservoirs. The fields that were subjected to the analysis, are briefly described. The change of reservoir pressure dynamics is given.

Graphical dependences of productivity coefficient on drawdown are given. Based on the results processing, some equations of inflow calculation when choosing the submersible pumping equipment are proposed.

The paper investigates the thermobaric parameters influence of low-temperature separation on the yield of unstable condensate from the Achimov wells and the ethane concentration in the gas separation. To use the gas separated by the Achimov gas treatment units (GTU) as a raw material for gas processing facilities, there developed operating modes of a low temperature separator. To provide these modes, a flexible technological scheme of operation of the Achimov GTU during the compressor development period was proposed.

The paper offers the solution of problem of microelement rationing using a neural network. The urgency of the problem of labor cost savings for work standardization when organizing new technological processes, including the innovational ones, is considered. The definition of the "innovation" conception is given. Some specific features and differences of the current classical approaches to labor regulation are analyzed, their disadvantages are revealed. The stages of microelement standardizing are considered; solutions for reduction of labor intensity of this process by neural networks application are proposed. A new field of neural networks application in economic activity is suggested.

A RESEARCH OF THE EFFECT

ON THE FORMATION OF GAS HYDRATES IN WELLS (p. 70)

The productive horizons development of the fields in the Western and Eastern Siberia, that are unconventional for Russian oil and gas industry is often carried out under the temperature and pressure conditions favorable for gas hydrates formation. Among the examples there are Chayanda oil and gas condensate field (OGCF), Tas-Yuryakh OGCF and Verkhnevilyuchanskoe OGCF. The large depth of the productive horizons bedding, presence of permafrost rocks, high gas factor and raised tar and paraffin content are the reasons for gas hydrates formation, shutting off the tubing in production wells. The study of the thermobaric area of a metastable (hydrate-free) state that possesses its own peculiarities, that appear as the dependence on the thermal history of its formation, allows to manage the processes preceding the beginning of hydrates formation. The paper analyzes the specific features of the indicators that make the thermobaric mode, that include low temperatures and high reservoir pressures. The analysis anticipates calculations of several parameters for understanding and predicting the formation of hydrates when operating the fields.

The project goals of introduction of the alarm monitoring and control system (AMCS) on the Prirazlomnaya platform include an increase in the level of industrial safety of technological processes by decreasing the number of alarm actuations and reducing the workload of process engineers at the Central Control Station concurrently with an efficiency upgrade of detection and prevention of emergency situations.

The project comprises the following four stages:

Stage 1. Survey and strategy development.

Stage 2. Detection and elimination of incorrect alarms.

Stage 3. Creation of the alarm database. A unified AMCS database was developed to store the alarm setup parameters and monitor their unauthorized changes.

Stage 4. Organization of the alarm control process. Training of personnel in AMCS operation and maintenance was conducted.

Main project deliverables. (1) The total number of OIRFP alarm triggering decreased by more than 80 %. (2) OIRFP operational staff received the reference information on 600 key alarms. (3) Improved industrial safety and reduced risk of wrong decisions. (4) Additional tool for revealing “bottlenecks” of the production process.
