The paper presents the results of studies on the use of detonation coatings for hardening the supports of cone drill bits. The analysis of coatings tribo-technical properties proved good prospects of using composite coatings to increase the bearing capacity of ceramic coatings based on Al2O3 (corundum), which can be widely used for hardening of some elements of supports of cone drill bits. The studies also showed the possibility of the applied material additional hardening due to adding a composite filler to the powder, that is nothing but the ultrafine diamond powder (UDA-V). The tests performed proved 30 % increase in the strength properties of the material in the composition of VK-12 (70 %) + Al2O3 (5 %) + UDA-V (25 %) as compared with the similar coating without UDA-V addition. It was also revealed that the filling factor increase brings increase in the density and uniformity of tungsten carbide grains placement. After the fill factor is 60 %, the boundary between the particles practically disappears, and the adhesion strength of the coating to the shift base is set near the maximum mark of 25 MPa.

The conducted studies also showed that the use of detonation coatings for hardening the supports of cone drill bits will increase their operational life and the operability of this type of a drilling tool in the whole.

Keywords: support of a cone drill bit; hard alloy; ceramics; nanostructured composite coatings; ultrafine diamonds.

The standard-made construction of downhole sucker-rod (DHSR) pumps is designed for work in vertical wells.

The pump valves operation worsens in directional wells due to a late closing, the formation of ovality in the valve seat, thus finally decreasing the pump efficiency.

To increase the efficiency of the pump, a self-adjusting controlled suction valve of DHSR pump is developed.

The proposed technical solution will increase the reliability of the suction valve operation of the downhole sucker-rod pump and its efficiency.

Keywords: downhole sucker-rod pump; efficiency; self-adjusting controlled suction valve; directional well; high viscous oils; eccentricity; hydraulic shock absorber.

In recent decades, it has become almost universal practice to use the widespread heat and noise insulation of process pipelines in the construction and reconstruction projects of compressor and gas distribution stations of PJSC "Gazprom". Such design decisions in most cases are made without accounting of the acoustic characteristics of noise sources at the designed facility, a real assessment of the expected effectiveness of the noise insulation use and the consequences of such decisions for the reliability of pipelines and equipment. The article discusses the use of noise-insulating casings for pipelines and reciprocating compressors.

The authors came across these problems after their discovery at compressor stations of underground gas storages, where the reciprocating compressors, at present, are the main energy-mechanical equipment and under the pipelines insulation in places inaccessible for visual-instrumental control, of cracks in the heat-affected zone, corrosion of the pipe, moisture in the cavities between the pipe and the casing.

Attention is drawn to the relationship between the uniqueness of the product and import substitution in innovative projects of oil and gas engineering. Of particular importance are the standards, namely-their quality. By analogy with the input control (verification) of purchased components when entering the organization, it is advisable to control the quality of standards. A standard that does not meet the requirements can negatively affect the result and its performance of the project, at least, increase the labor intensity of the project team, also the cost of the project increases. The article introduces the concept of "quality standard" on the basis of terminological existing normative documents and presents its indicators. The quality indicators of the standard are divided into quality categories: acceptable level of quality, acceptable and improved. Quality levels are developed on the basis of legislative provisions of standardization and requirements of consumers at the stage of operation of the standard. At the same time, the factors of the project and the standard are taken into account: the purpose of the product, the aspect and objects of standardization.

Keywords: standard; quality; project; project group; innovation project; quality management; application of standards; resource limitation; uniqueness of the product; import substitution.

The paper presents an approach to import substitution of oil and gas equipment (OGE) to solve the problem of creating reliable suppliers register when implementing international projects in Russia. The proposed assessment algorithm for Russian OGE suppliers at the first stage includes comparing the requirements of standardization documents for specific types of products (from simple products to complex technical systems) and a quality management system (QMS), as well as product and QMS certification procedures, identification of differences in the above-mentioned fields, evaluation of such differences risks and the creation of questionnaires for a two-stage verification of the manufacturer before inclusion in the registry. This algorithm was tested on various types of equipment, taking into account the peculiarities of standardization and conformity assessment systems within API and ISO, and proved itself as a means of competent selection of OGE suppliers, thus leading to an increase in the share of Russian enterprises in the registry.

Natural gas is the most important source of energy in the world. After primary processing, natural gas is transported through gas pipelines to the consumer: fuel, gas processing, export. In contact with an aggressive environment, being under high pressure, the pipes of the gas pipeline and their welded connection wear out, corrode, crack and undergo other damages. In this regard, it is necessary to develop control measures for assessing the physical and mechanical parameters of pipes and their welded connection to evaluate the quality that ensures the operation of gas pipelines. The article considers the technological process of pipe production, presents recommendations on the control of the main material and the material of welded seams in the form of the developed methodology for certification testing of a large diameter electric-welded longitudinal pipes for main gas pipelines. Certification tests such as tensile strength, impact strength, ultrasonic control, metallographic analysis are considered as well. A comparable analysis of domestic and foreign regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, API, ISO) is presented.

The paper considers the importance of energy efficient management of gas trunk transportation as one of the key directions of sustainable development and cost optimization in the activities of gas transportation companies.

The problem of rational use of natural gas for its own technological needs is currently under special control of the management of Gazprom's gas transmission companies. The solution of this problem is impossible without following the provisions of industrial safety and optimal control of the gas transmission system, as well as the problems of reliable assessment and forecast of gas transport modes during quick regulation with account of the actual technical condition of the equipment.

PJSC "Gazprom" is consistently implementing the policy of energy and resource saving, decrease of the negative impact on the environment and increase of the production processes energy efficiency.

The paper proposes a resource-saving technology, which consists in the preliminary transmission of natural gas to compressor stations and consumers through gas distribution stations from a large-diameter gas pipeline section that is disconnected for repair. The technology can be used to solve the problems of the production and dispatching control of energy saving and energy-efficient management of the gas transmission system of gas trunk pipelines.
