The article discusses a surrogate (principle) model of an oil formation waterflooding based on a super-element concept. To approximate the system of equations, the explicit numerical scheme is fully used, thus allowing an engineer to implement this approach for any field without any special software. An example of the calculation of a definite oilfield water-flooding is given. The model can be used for a full-scale or sectorial modeling, for solving problems of on-line management of oil fields development, for controlling the development and construction of maps.

Development of mathematical models to analyze flowing and mechanized oil producing wells that allow creating high-speed programs characterized by the acceptable accuracy and operating in real time mode, is relevant for modern systems that provide control of oil producing wells, diagnosing of the technical state of their submersible pumping equipment and prediction of their characteristics. The paper presents some mathematical models of a bottom-hole filtration in oil producing wells, processes occurring in their annulus, hydrodynamics of gas-liquid flow in tubing.

The article considers the problem of reducing the coefficient of wells-acceptors operation caused by the lack of technologies for automatic regulation of volumes and injection pressure in the inter-well pumping system (IWPS). A method to operate an IWPS sector in the PID-control mode, which allows maintaining the pressure at the given level when changing the well-acceptors operational mode, is proposed. The results of the experimental work to operate an IWPS sector in the PID-control mode are presented.

The article considers the problems of monitoring of oil production energy efficiency, being important when forcing the liquid production volumes. One of the problems is automation of monitoring of on-line detection of wells with a sharp increase of electricity specific consumption. The production activity of the Oil and Gas Production Department (OGPD) is caused by the need to reduce electric energy consumption, without reducing the volumes of oil production. Each year, strict norms of specific power consumption by oil production processes are established.

The article presents the results of some experiments carried out to study the effect of electro-chemically activated water on the coefficient of oil recovery from a layered-heterogeneous formation with hydrodynamically isolated layers. It is found out that after water-flooding the use of electro-chemically activated water in layered-heterogeneous formations with hydrodynamically isolated layers leads to an increase in the oil recovery efficiency. It is shown that when pumping electro-chemically activated water into the layered heterogeneous formation in combination with pumping of the polymer solution margin into the highly-permeable layer, an increase in the oil recovery coefficient is observed.

Keywords: layered-heterogeneous formation; electro-chemically activated water; polymer solution margin; oil recovery coefficient.

Corrosion aggression of the fluid produced in the oil fields of JSC "Udmurtneft" causes an increased number of downhole equipment failures in the protected fund. One of the reasons of reduction of corrosion inhibitors effectiveness is iron sulfide presence in the produced water. The suspended particles influence, represented by iron sulfide, on the protective action of "Cortron RN-404" corrosion inhibitor is evaluated. It is determined that despite the dependence on the ionic composition of the studied formation waters, iron sulfide presence in the system is accompanied by a significant increase of metal corrosion rate and decrease of the reagent efficiency, caused, among other things, by its adsorption on the suspended particles surface. The optimal amounts of "Cortron RN-404" corrosion inhibitor, providing no less than 90 % of the efficiency, are determined on the model waters of five fields with iron sulfide various concentrations.

Keywords: difficulties that arise when producing oil; corrosion; corrosion inhibitor; reagent effectiveness; suspended particles; iron sulfide; adsorption; gravimetry.

The article is devoted to studying the process of salts deposition when heating the gas-liquid mixture in centrifugal pumping units. The process of uncontrolled heating of the associated water inevitably leads to its boiling, being one of the main reasons for salts deposition. An effective and low-cost way to prevent the formation of salts, and, consequently, the centrifugal pump’s irreversible failure, are, first of all, control and temperature control of the operational pump. Other ways to exclude the deposition of salts in low-capacity plants are either their periodic operation or periodic operation in a short-term mode.

The article considers the problems of oil synthesis in fields developed for a long time. Based on the previously proposed concept, the reasons for replenishment of oil reserves are shown, an approach to the description of the oil inflow is proposed, and calculations are made for the Romashkinskoye and Midway-Sunset fields. It is noted that at the latest stages of development the flow of oil can constitute a large part of production, intensive development of deposits provokes a high rate of oil formation.
