The
article identifies three geological uncertainty factors affecting the design
and development of Yu. Korchagin field. The target is terrigenous-carbonate
deposits of the Neocomian-Volga stage of the Lower Cretaceous age. In
addition, the basic geological-technological model takes into account the
factors influencing the development of reserves, which, at the design stage,
were the least studied. Previously, the information on the influence of
structural, tectonic and lithological factors was not fully accounted. Based
on the results of drilling of new horizontal wells, the initial structures
(the increase or decrease of structures angles of incidence, the displacement
of the fold axis and the dome) were corrected. As the wells number in Yu.
Korchagin field increases, a complex fault-block structure becomes evident.
Disjunctive faults are the cause of complications when drilling long
horizontal wellbores as well as the sources of early gas and water
breakthrough into the wells. To specify the deposits geological structure,
the rocks-collectors typing and to identify the zones of potential location
of poorly drained oil reserves, a geological-technological model of Yu.
Korchagin field that provided the lithotypes detailed allocation and
distribution as well as the reproduction of the filtration flows, the most
approximate to the actual flow of the fluid in the formation, was built.
Thus, the article analyzes the influence of the geological factors, which
will allow further accounting of these factors at the stages of design, well
placement, drilling and development of the field.

The
article analyzes the results of the study of oil formations various
properties in Aktash area of Novo-Elkhovsky oil field of PJSC
"Tatneft", composed of terrigenous Devonian reservoirs. To
characterize the reservoir properties of the allocated reservoirs, both the
interpretation of the results of the wells geophysical researches and the
information, obtained during the laboratory studies, were used. The
background, created at the present time, which makes it possible in the long
term to change the passive methods of oil and gas production management for
the active ones is considered. It will allow in time and perspective to
regulate the hydrodynamic and phase processes in the bottom-hole formation
zone on a real-time basis. Possibilities of application of intellectual
well-control systems used to develop hydrocarbon fields are shown. Technical
solutions that are now at different stages of development and implementation
are analyzed. An assessment of the prospects of their use is made.

The
article describes the main technological schemes of wells dual completion
(WDC) equipped with electric centrifugal pumps. South-Yagunsky is one of the
first fields of LLC "LUKOIL–the Western Siberia", where WDC technology
was implemented. The results of pilot-industrial tests of two packaging
arrangements of dual production (DP) according to the ESP-ESP scheme, jointly
developed by the Regional Production Company (RPC) "Urayneftegaz"
and LLC "Uray NPO-Service" are given. It is shown that in future
prospective introduction of WDC packaging arrangements, produced by CJSC
"Novomet–Perm", is planned at the West-Tugrovsky field. The ESP-ESP
scheme for dual completion of UOREP-ESP wells, produced by LLC "Uralenergoprom",
is being introduced at the fields of RPC "Kogalymneftegaz", RPC
"Langepasnetegaz", RPC "Pokachevneftegaz". The
implemented technologies at this stage allow separate accounting of the
extracted products from both formations.

Several
constructions of horizontal sidetracked wells in a productive formation are
considered. To develop high-viscous oil deposits, applying SAGD technology,
it is proposed to use a system of multi-branched wells with two horizontal
wellbores. The multifunctionality of such wells is provided by the steam
supply to the upper wellbores and the heated oil withdrawal from the
underlying wellbores. The article describes the reasons for low oil recovery
when stimulating the gravitational drainage of oil by hot steam. Displacement
of the underlying wellbores during oil extraction relative to the steam
injecting wellbores by half the distance between the horizontal wellbores
changes the shape of the steam chamber and reduces the residual oil portion
in the formation.
Simulation
of the development of a high-viscous oil formation using the
"TEMPEST" software complex proves the effectiveness of the proposed
wells pattern in the formation – the formation thermal coverage increases and
the produced water portion decreases.

displacing agent; steam injection; residual oil; high-viscous oil deposit;

The
article presents the basis of the methods applied to select the objects where
the works aimed at the increase of a formation coverage by water-flooding
should be carried out: comparative differential analysis of oil reserves
extraction, diagnostics of wells water-flooding mechanisms by analytical
methods, analysis of a deposit problem areas to correspond to the criteria of
the efficiency of flow deviation technologies (FDT), comparative analysis of
the problem areas in view of their potential for oil production growth. The
algorithm, that allows to objectively rank various sites by their practical
potential of a monthly additional oil production due to FDT application is
given. The methods providing optimization of the volume of the working gel
rim when conducting conformance control (CC) of injection wells are
presented. The results of a computing experiment in a simplified sector
hydrodynamic model of an oil formation cell, that demonstrated the
possibility of setting a gel screen in a formation remote area using the
thermotropic gel-forming compositions (TGC) are submitted. A sequence of
steps when planning such works in one of the sites of an oil deposit, such as
detailing of the site geological structure in the deposit sector model by the
computational grid compaction, adaptation of a site sector model to the
actual dynamics of deposit development indicators, calculation of the
temperatures current field in the washed highly-permeable interlayer,
calculation of the gel screen’s optimal temperature and volume in the model
in order to provide the most additional production of oil, the gelling
temperature control over thermotropic gel-forming composition based on the
results of the conducted calculations.

article is devoted to the use of composite basalt-plastic pipes in casing
strings of oil wells. In contrast to metal pipes, the use of such pipes
allows to increase the corrosion resistance of casing strings, to 3,0…3,5
times reduce the weight of structures, to carry out transportation and
installation with the use of light machinery, to exclude the use of corrosion
inhibitors, to ensure control over reserves extraction from productive
deposits by geophysical methods and to reduce the cost of wells operation.
