The article carries out a retrospective analysis (for the period since 1990) of rational systems substantiation used to develop low-permeable objects at a number of large and unique oil fields of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous territory – Yugra. In the whole, over the last 25 years, the principles and technologies of low-permeable reservoirs development in Russia have been significantly developed and improved. Since 2012, in the Western Siberia, when developing low-permeable reservoirs, there begun active introduction of a new successful technology – drilling of horizontal wells with a formation multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. By now, the approaches to low-permeable reservoirs development in the fields of the Western Siberia are significantly improved and optimized by all major oil companies. With account of their implementation in conditions of low-permeable reservoirs, the acceptable rates of oil production are achieved and a sufficiently high (up to 0,3 or more) oil recovery factor will be ensured.

The article studies the influence of various parameters influencing the proppant hydraulic fracturing of a formation in the Vereiskian carbonate and the Visean terrigenous reservoirs of Perm region fields. It is determined that efficiency of a formation hydraulic fracturing is controlled by several geological-technological parameters. Such parameters were taken into account when building statistical models to predict efficiency of a formation hydraulic fracturing. According to the calculation results, the divergence in oil flow-rates increase made 1,3 tons per day (carbonate collector) and 2,3 tons per day (terrigenous collector).

The article presents the results of "R-30 m.B" surfactant filtration test (with the addition of a water-soluble polyacrylamide polymer (PAA). The studied surfactant composition proved high efficiency of oil stable additional displacement, growth of oil displacement factor made 0,112 of unit fraction or 11,2 %, thus allowing 74,3 % oil recovery increase. When using the reagent, stationary oil was involved in the development. "R-30" surfactant added by PAA is firmly fixed on the hydrophobic surface by adsorption, at the end of the experiment, the pressure gradient amounted to 2,481 MPa/m, water permeability coefficient showed 24.36 times decrease.

The article presents an overview of the existing technologies, based on the joint addition of a solvent and steam, to provide the extraction of high-viscosity oils and bitumen. A methodology was developed for conducting laboratory studies on the solvent’s effect on the efficiency of high-viscous oil displacement. A description of an experimental unit and the results of the studies carried out is also given. It has been experimentally proved that the addition of the solvent to the vapor contributes to a significant increase of the final oil recovery factor, to the acceleration of oil production rates during the initial period of time as well as reduces the accumulated steam-oil ratio.

In severe conditions of the Far North, leakage of the wells is significant and requires implementation of very expensive works to eliminate it. At the fields in the West Siberian region, being considered prior in terms of natural gas production, approximately up to 12 % of the wells total fund are operated with leakage of the threaded joint of the conductor coupling – the assembly pipe of the wells column head.

SOME PROBLEMS IN RELATION

A statistical analysis of the work of walking beam units at a number of oil fields proves the fact that most of them are operated under overload conditions. Overload decrease leads to a probable reduction of premature failure of walking beam units, while the use of the adjustable electric drives makes it possible to significantly reduce the probability of the walking beam unit failure by reducing the maximum force at the rods suspension point thus prolonging the service life-time of the deep pumping unit equipment. The article studies the harmonic law of the variation of the crank rotational speed, which contributes to the reduction of the maximum force and the amplitude of the force variation in the rods per an operational cycle, as well as the forces in other structural assemblies of the deep pumping unit. The conducted analysis makes it clear that forces minimization at the rods suspension point is ensured by the reduction of the engine rotational speed and acceleration of the movement of the rod suspension point, followed by a slow increase in the speed of movement of the rods suspension point in this interval. To minimize the maximum forces and the amplitude of the forces variation in the rods during the operational cycle of the deep pumping unit, the optimal changes of the engine rotational speed, speed and acceleration of the movement of the rods suspension point are determined.

The article considers an important aspect when selecting wells for carrying out repair and insulation works (RIW) to eliminate the behind-the-casing circulation (BCC) in water-floating deposits (WFD) of oil with a mass manifestation of behind-the-casing flows in wells. The greatest efficiency of the urgent RIW in the injection wells of the water-floating deposits (WFD) is shown. It is found out that among the producing wells such RIW are the least efficient in the wells of the first row as compared with the injection wells. This is explained by the fact that wells of the first row are inevitably flooded by the injected water, which, breaking through to the well, reduces the intensity of its flooding by bottom water, without RIW. Among the production wells the greatest efficiency of RIW, conducted to liquidate BCC is noted in the wells of internal tightening rows. This is explained by the remoteness of such wells from the injection ones and, correspondingly, the lowest reservoir pressure of the productive formation in their surroundings and its greatest lagging behind the pressure in the water-flooding underlying formation. It promotes the BCC intensity and, accordingly, the RIW efficiency.

Keywords: production and injection wells; repair and insulation work; behind-the-casing circulation; water-flooding of wells products.

This article presents one of the new resource-saving methods for ensuring safe and long-term operation of an intra-field pipeline, equipped by various pumps, separators, tanks, etc., in conditions characterized by intensive clogging of the system of the on-land equipment by mechanical impurities. Prolongation of the service life of the field equipment is achieved by preventing premature wear-out of the internal surface of the above-mentioned units by means of the most complete removal of the sand suspended particles and mechanical impurities contained in the well products. A new device is proposed to deposit and screen the sand and mechanical impurities coming with the production flow. The developed device is designed to prevent sand deposition and mechanical impurities, both in the intra-field pipelines and in the tanks of oil gathering and treatment stations. The article also presents the results of the field testing of the developed and manufactured sand settling device. The results of the conducted testing show that the installation of the sand settling device provides protection and prolongs the service life of the pipeline, helps to prevent environmental problems, accompanying the breakthroughs of the intra-field facilities and oil losses arising due to its spillage into the environment.

Keywords: pollution; intra-field pipeline; field equipment; produced products; liquid; mechanical impurities; sand; device; sand screening; sedimentation tank; filter; heterogeneous system; granulometric composition.

Scale control is an important problem of oil and gas producing industry. One of the most effective techniques of the problem elimination is scale inhibitors (SI) application. Scale inhibitor injection technologies are reviewed in the present article. Based on the several cases, the inefficacy of SI continuous injection into wells annulus using chemical injection is shown. Complications related to the technology application (such as SI deposits precipitation in the annuls, high tubing corrosion rates under SI deposits) are described. As an alternative solution, the authors of the present article suggest applying of the batch treatment technology with aqueous SI solution. The article shows that the mentioned technology allowed to maintain SI concentration in the water phase of the produced fluids above the minimum effective concentration for 7…11 days for the wells with 11…440 m3/day flowrates.
