The article presents the results of the implementation of the water-flooding control program by changing the operational modes of the injection well stock based on the conducted analysis, which used the pair correlation coefficient. The regulation of the operating modes of injection wells was carried out on the basis of a previously developed algorithm for determining the required volume of water injection in conditions of the clinoform formation structure. The increase in the efficiency of the development system was initiated by determination of individual operational modes of injection wells in order to achieve the necessary compensation for reacting production wells.

Keywords: water-flooding system; optimal injection; correlation analysis; water-flooding system analysis; compensation for selections in the area.

The paper highlights the experience of the Jurassic deposits development on the example of a single oil reservoir. The efficiency (dynamics of indicators, final oil recovery) of using horizontal wells in comparison with directional wells in the conditions of a regular development system is estimated. Most wells were commissioned with standard (multi-stage) hydraulic fracturing. The effect of injection wells stopping on the performances of the production fund in the existing system of wells placement was studied.

Keywords: Tevlinsko-Russkinskoye field; the Jurassic deposits; low-permeable formation; horizontal wells; multistage hydraulic fracturing of a formation; final oil recovery; the rate of increase in oil production; placement of a horizontal section; development system; shutdown of injection wells.

In recent years, a trend has been established in the Republic of Bashkortostan to reduce oil production, caused by the high degree of reserves recovery from highly productive fields and deposits. As a rule, this fact is observed in terrigenous strata. In the last century, the main volume of oil was produced from sand reservoirs. Naturally, over the years, hard-to-recover amount of oil remains in the subsoil assets. The main share of the remaining reserves is concentrated in carbonate reservoirs characterized by low permeable rocks, fracturing and a heterogeneous geological structure. In this regard, the efficiency increase of carbonate reservoirs development becomes a priority in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Currently, the main activities aimed at the increase of oil extraction rate from carbonate formations are hydrochloric acid treatment of wells. However, their effectiveness at the present stage is very low. In order to reveal the main directions for improving the results of hydrochloric acid treatments, it is necessary to perform retrospective analyses. There are a fairly large number of methods, applied to analyze the conducted well treatments. One of the most common methods of the analysis is statistical data processing: comparison of well operational parameters before and after processing. However, this classic type of analysis does not allow understanding the causes of failed well treatments. The paper, using the example of the studied cluster of deposits, compares the classical type of statistical processing with the factor analysis method of the reasons for the failure to achieve the calculated parameters of hydrochloric acid effects on formations. In the course of factor analysis, the main causes are identified that affect the final result of hydrochloric acid treatments. Further ways of definite problems solution associated with unsuccessful hydrochloric acid treatments are outlined.

Keywords: hydrochloric acid treatment; efficiency; analysis of factors; reasons for failure; design of hydrochloric acid treatment.

The search for new directions of reserves growth in an already well-studied, not so distant territory with a developed infrastructure is a priority. The relevance of replenishing the mineral resource base of the old oil-producing regions, to which the Chechen Republic belongs, is caused by the increasing demand in raw materials, primarily hydrocarbons. In this regard, the potential of the Chechen Republic subsoil assets has not been fully exhausted.

Most of the oil fields of the Tersko-Sunzhenskoye oil- and gas-bearing region are at the final stage of development, which is explained by the development of the richest oil deposits in a number of areas.

The increase in reserves associated with the development of idle wells is extremely slow. In this regard, it is very urgent to improve the efficiency of exploration in order to increase the growth rate of reserves and oil and gas production volumes. A special role in fulfilling these tasks is assigned to maintaining the level of raw hydrocarbons production in old oil and gas producing regions, which include the Tersko-Sunzhenskaya oil- and gas-bearing region.

Low-permeable reservoirs, which comprise a significant part of hard-to-recover hydrocarbon reserves, are studied. The difficulties of their development are associated with the special properties of low-permeable reservoirs and the specificity of filtration in them. The phase permeability of low-permeable reservoirs is determined by the nonlinear filtering parameters. It depends on the values of the initial pressure gradient in the field of high-speed filtration, and in the field of low-speed filtration, on the nonlinearity parameters. Complex relationships between phase and absolute permeabilities for low-permeable reservoirs have been established. It is shown that in the low-speed filtration area, phase permeability is a function of the pressure gradient. The relations of nonlinearity parameters in the power law of filtration in low-permeable reservoirs with absolute permeability and pore space microstructure are established. Ratios between phase permeabilities are determined for linear and nonlinear filtration in low-permeable reservoirs. The principal differences in the phase permeability of high- and medium-permeable reservoirs from the phase permeabilities of low-permeable reservoirs are shown.

Keywords: low-permeable reservoir; phase permeability; nonlinear filtering; initial pressure gradient; power law of filtration.

The article presents the results of a study of vertical gas-liquid flows at steady and unsteady modes of motion as applied to the operating conditions of flooded gas wells at the late stage of fields’ development.

A mathematical model for calculating the processes of self-setting of tubing by liquid and its removal to the surface by means of wells blowing-out as well as algorithms based on experimental work in conditions that reproduce the actual operating conditions of flooded wells of the Cenomanian gas deposits is discussed. The results of studying the dependence of the pressure gradients on two parameters – the complex Froude number and the Froude number in terms of liquid – are presented.

A mathematical model is described, which contains a number of internal control parameters that allow "tuning" the model according to the specified production and geophysical data of the three control wells, to calculate with sufficient practical accuracy the pressure drop along the tubing for a group of control wells.

The paper presents the results of testing the domestic system of automated drilling control (SADC) at the facilities of JSC "Orenburgneft". The system was developed to optimize drilling processes by maintaining a constant torque on the bit as well as by monitoring other parameters that should always be within the allowable specified range. SADC, registering the data from the sensors every 10 ms. The system compares the actual readings with the specified permissible values of the corresponding parameters (pressure drop, axial load, torque, change in the flow rate of the drilling fluid and others) and based on these data the actuator controls the feed rate of the tool.

The effectiveness of remedial or squeeze jobs directly depends on the compliance of the properties of the used materials with the geological and technical conditions of the wells.

Currently used technologies for remedial cement sheath and killing annular cross-flows are not enough effective due to many reasons. Some of them are the technological properties of used materials and the organization of work.

In the process of choosing a technology, it is necessary to take into account geological conditions, the condition of casing strings, cement stone, as well as the operating mode of specific wells in future.

One of the most prospective ideas for squeeze job in wells is the using of materials based on polymer resins. Resins, in comparison with cement compositions, have greater penetrating ability in cracks and channels. Moreover, resins have more strength and adhesion properties.

In 2017–2019 physical-mechanical and technological properties of several compounds based on polymer resins were tested, in the LUKOIL−Engineering Limited PermNIPIneft Branch Office in Perm.

Nowadays, the techniques of testing resins-based materials for remedial (squeeze) jobs are absent. For increasing of efficiency of the remedial jobs methodological approaches were developed in the affiliate. Approaches include the determination of the number of required properties, and values of the required properties of materials according wells conditions mentioned earlier.

The article deals with the results of laboratory tests of compositions for remedial jobs in various conditions of the LLC "LUKOIL–Komi"’s wells.

Keywords: polymer resin; squeeze or remedial job; cement sheath; strength; gel time; physical and mechanical properties; the influence of reservoir fluids.
