"METROLOGICAL FEATURES OF MEASUREMENT OF FREE ASSOCIATED PETROLEUM GAS."

The article examines the state of metrological support for measurement of volumetric gas flow rate and estimates errors of the volumetric method of associated petroleum gas metering (APG). Based on the analysis completed, the following recommendations are stated:
with the metrological base available, the assertions about the possibility of setting up systems for metering the volume of wet gas with critical basic relative errors of less than 1,0 % with the results modified to normal conditions are extremely doubtful;
gradation of errors of measurement for gas monitoring points throughout the processing chain: well process separators flare lines gas delivery stations (sales, issue etc) of associated petroleum gas should be introduced into the existing GOST R 8.615-2005 and the draft-in-progress of GOST "The amount of free petroleum gas";
all the regulations on SGVM (systems of gas volume metering) should specify the responsibility of the customer of the SGVM for the frequency and accuracy of determining the limits of variation of the gas-compressibility factor, caused by changes in the component composition of APG.

The article shows the indirect relationship between the socio-economic life of the population of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Yugra and true recording of recovered subsurface oil reserves. In conclusion, it is stated that for the mono-oriented economy of the Autonomous Region a prerequisite condition of its sustainable development is the move to the oil production incentive tax, which is not possible without setting-up an evidence base to ensure true recording of recovered subsurface oil and associated petroleum gas.

Calculating algorithm of stable inflow indicators to horizontal well by various methods is developed. Comparative analysis of data of studies proves the fact that the biggest flow rate is provede by Giger method and the least by Joshy method. Close flow-rate figures are got by methods of Borisov, Renard and Dupue.
