Hydrocarbon generation areas of different phase states are exposed due to the results of geological and geochemical studies of deep Triassic rocks in the northern part of Western Siberia. Moreover catagenesis zonality evolution of Triassi troughs penetrated by Tyumen, En-Yakha and Yarudey wells is established due to data of model-based analysis.

General existing points of view on the problem of filling of local anticlines by hydrocarbons are compared. Local prognosis of hydrocarbons availability for a certain hypothetical region was carried out from different positions. The results of the above-mentioned prognosis were compared with real distribution of oil and gas structures filling in the southern part of Volgo-Ural anteclise. The results of the comparison allow to consider prognosis based on a three-layer reservoir structure conception more realistic due to the fact that between reservoir layer and genuine seal there exists a false seal.

The article discusses new theoretical approaches to the problem of oil and gas origin proceeding from platform-tectonic models of lithosphere evolution. Various mechanisms of hydrocarbon formation and accumulation are substantiated. This multi-factor process as well as possibility of organic and non-organic hydrocarbons appearance are proved.

The beginning of our century was marked by active exploration and development of oil and gas fields in shale deposits Such countries as the USA, Canada, Germany, China and some others try to reach some results in this field of activity, but at present only the USA happened to achieve real and significant success in prospecting and operation of hydrocarbon accumulations of this types, namely, free gas, condensate and oil. In the USA the share of shale gas production made 1/10 of total gas production in the country by the end of 2009. Such breakthrough became possible due to technology perfection and well drilling time decrease and, consequently, it resulted in getting profitable IRR. The article considers main principles of geological studying, estimation of resource base and some features of hydrocarbon field development in shale deposits of Eagle Ford (hydrocarbon fields of Southern Texas, the USA).

The article presents complex substantiation of application of probability-statistical method to transfer information about facies from studied intervals (with selected core) to intervals without core in accordance with geophysical logging data. This method is also proved by its link with granulometry and petrophysical characteristics. It is also shown that this method allows to predict lithologo-facies heterogeneity of well sections.

Amounts of generated, emigrated and accumulated hydrocarbons are calculated by means of volumetric-genetic method on the basis of regularities of geochemical parameters distribution in clayish deposits of clinoform complexes of Jurassic and Low Cretaceous periods located in the north-eastern part of West-Siberian platform and Enisei-Khatangsky trough for further substantiation of oil and gas bearing prospects. Map of oil and gas bearing perspectives based on geological and geochemical data is drawn. Calculated resource base of oil-and-gas perspective territory of the eastern part of Western-Siberian platform and Enisei-Khatangsky trough makes 19,3 bln of hydrocarbons with resources density from 5 till 150 th. t per sq. km and more.

Reological (eight compositions) and filtration (ten compositions) testing of flow-deviating and air-isolating reagents to shutoff cracks in carbonate reservoirs of cracking-porous type is carried out. It is proved that all complex of deposit geological and physical conditions, volume of extracted reserves and degree of produced liquid water flooding as well as type of deposit-reservoir must be taken into account during development of acid stimulation design of water-flooded wells.
