In the article methods of oil pollution estimation in the conditions of the northern Caspy are investigated, sources and kinds of possible influence on offshore environment are investigated under the development of offshore oil and gas fields. The generalization of parameters of the most dangerous drilling components sea disposal from drilling platforms is carried out, the approaches to their decision are considered. Standards of influence of control on offshore environment under the development of oil-gas fields, used in world practice, are described. The results of researches of oil hydrocarbons influence on sea organisms are analyzed. The questions of estimation and forecasting of social-economic consequences called by the development of the Caspy harbon resource are considered.

In the article the approaches to the decision of ecological tasks by the way of offshore oil operations waste control in the conditions of the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea are offered and investigated, flow diagrams and technologies of their utilization are offered and described. The questions of polygons perspective dislocation are investigated. The structure of objects ensuring complex processing, neutralization, utilization and waste burial for waste efficient and complex control is offered.

Mathematical statements of problems of processing facilities optimization are formalized and obtained in the article by the examples of optimization of benzene processing unit parameters also dialog algorithms of their solution are developed. As well as the subject of research is characterized by multicriteriality and often functions in fuzzy environment, original problems are formalized as multicriterion problems of fuzzy mathematical programming.
New mathematical settings of solving problems in fuzzy medium and dialogue algorithms of their solution are obtained by the way of optimation different principles modification on the base of fuzzy mathematics methods.

USE OF LANDSCAPE CHARTING UNDER OFFSHORE ECOLOGICAL PROSPECTING

Results of using landscape charting under ecological survey in the Azov Sea waters are represented in this paper. High effectiveness of this method for ecological monitoring planning and interpretation of ecological data has been shown.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF CORROSION ESTIMATION IN ABOVE-GROUND GAS MAINS FROM STEEL OF ORDINARY QUALITY

It is proved in the given work that influence of the casual corrosion factor in pipes is minimum and variations of thickness within the limits of each pipe occur under the individual law. The assumption of the need for the account of accuracy special features of various pipes types is put forward. The technique of pipes thickness ultrasonic measurement and processings of the results is offered, allowing to estimate a degree and character of pipes corrosion damage in view of features of different pipes types manufacture and also to calculate the forecast value of pipes durability life.

ESTIMATION OF MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS CHANGES OF PIPES METAL BEING OPERATED FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME IN DIFFERENT LAYING CONDITIONS

In the article the method is presented by which it is possible to estimate the current structural and mechanical condition of object metal after the long period of work to predict a residual resource of serviceability, to choose optimum working parameters at the final stage of operation. Tests for a static stretching by the test machine were carried out on the basis of that the following conclusions are made: durability and plastic properties of tested samples correspond to normative criteria, and similar properties of spiral-seam pipe metal in comparison with seamless pipe made of the same steel grade are being reduced.

Definition of characteristics of pipes metal and welded seams mechanical properties in above-ground gas mains from steels of ordinary quality

In the given work results of definition of material mechanical properties on the basis of metallography, chemical composition and stretching tests of processing and comparison of data are submitted. Essential influence of a chemical compound on properties of the material is revealed, the opportunity of application of hardness definition method is proved at the big sample of gaugings as one of not destroying methods of material condition indication, the term of equal durability of pipes and welded seams metal is confirmed, the important law is revealed: in a welded seam, in comparison with the basic metal of pipes, initial microplastic deformation begins at a smaller pressure. The conclusion is made, that assembly welded seams by their structure can be more predisposed to fragile destruction, in this connection they demand for the greatest attention.
