Annotation. Huge volumes of wastes are generated at modern stage of development of oil production technology. For the last years oil producing factories have adopted various technological decisions aimed at wastes' utilization, yet there is no unified way for oil slurries reprocessing with the purpose of sterilization and utilization. In this article there are proposed technological decisions for using oil slurries as secondary raw material to make road bases and additional layers of such bases with capital and transition types of road pavement, as well as waterproofing roof material and haydite.

Annotation. For the safety evaluation of population, infrastructure and environment potential accident objects its necessary to analyze the object security and also to make complex analysis of hazards, which become the result of emergency situations occurrence on the object. The result of this evaluation will be the complex safety coefficient, which includes anthropogenic risk assessment, structure stability assessment and risk assessment of emergency situations occurrence on the object.
In the result of system analysis the structure of potential accident object was determined, destructive elements were revealed as well as connections with them. Subsystems of oil products receiving point, storage point and oil products departure point refer to these elements.

Annotation. The main type of hydrocarbon technological emissions at vertical steel reservoirs exploitation are a natural losses. They are defined by oil and oil products losses from evaporation as a result of filling and breathing losses. The article is dedicated to study of polymeric floating covering use possibility for reduction of oil and oil products losses at storage in vertical steel reservoirs. Principal new design of polymeric floating covering and methods of its mounting are offered.
