Concept principles of development of regional-branch environmental management systems are suggested. The territory of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district is chosen as an example of a region of great strategic value for OAO Gazprom and its subsidiary enterprises as well as for Russian Federation in general. Development of the system is devoted to form and fulfill the harmonized common environmental policy of regional executive authorities, federal authorities, nature using facilities of fuel and energy complex and nvironmental rganization.

In the regions of oil and gas complex technogenetical influence it is suggested to use concentrations of heavy elements in underground waters as unified indices of geological medium state. It allows to raise significantly the quality of hydrochemical monitoring of hydrocarbon fields, safety of ecological protection of water supply objects under oil and gas production.

Forecasting of practically full microbiological purification of soil from a gas condensate and oil hydrocarbons by results of testing of two remediation means Bioros biopreparation and Piksa biocompost under laboratory conditions is carried out. The tendency of increase of enzymes activity (catalase, dehydrogenase) with increase of dose of given remediation means as evidence of hydrocarbonoxidizing microorganisms participation in destruction of hydrocarbons is revealed.

Data on research of removal of carbon origins oil in a water table of the alternative sorbent modified by plasma which is a withdrawal from processing of milling-felt products are cited. It is shown that plasma updating promotes to increase of oil absorption by a sorbent and to improvement of its hydrophobic properties.

In the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas the stand for definition of hydraulic resistance of filtration loadings is created. By means of the stand it is possible to define hydraulic, sorption and adhesive properties of filtering materials: filtering fabrics, porous, cellular, small and the coarse-grained, etc. Developed stand can be used in educational process, and also in actual practice as pilot installation.
