The official information of Rosgidromet (Federal Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring Service) and other data on most considerable emergency floods of hydrocarbons (oil, gas condensate and products of their refining) in aqueous medium of various regions of the Russian Federation for 20022009 are presented. The risk of hydrocarbons influence on aqueous medium is substantiated. Remediation measures on liquidation of consequences of the emergency floods of hydrocarbons are described.

The geodynamic monitoring system, developed by the P.P. Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of Russian Academy of Sciences, was installed at the Yu. Korchaghin oil and gas platform of LUKOIL company (North Caspy). The system consists of 3 bottom seismographs and submarine cables to connect to the platform. It is used to record the signals of weak earthquakes (ML=04), which can occur in the North Caspy. The nature of these weak earthquakes can not be tectonic, they may be caused by the intensive extraction of oil. The system can be used to predict a strong seismic event in the investigated region.

Conditions of the volume and composition of the wastewater formation from refineries by LCC LUK- OILPermfnefteorgsintez example are presented. The efficiency of physical and chemical treatment processes is analyzed. The results of experimental studies on changing impeller flotation to pressure flotation are obtained. Efficiency increase of sewage treatment from surfactants (up to 96 %), oil (85 %) and heavy metals (up to 95 %) is determined.

In the article the ecological analysis of production processes at transportation of natural gas is carried out. The interrelation of natural gas consumption for own technological needs with contaminants emission into atmospheric air, as well as with the availability of significant ecological aspects on industrial objects of the gas-transport enterprise by accounting data for 2008 is established. Production processes and operations which are subject to ecological management are defined, and criteria of management by technological processes and the operations creating significant ecological aspects are established.

The work is dedicated to increasing the reliability of pipelines being in service for a long time by improving the magnetic methods of stress-strain state assessment.
During the work on the basis of experimental research methodology was developed for coercive control of pipeline construction. This technique allows to assess stress-strain state of pipelines material pipelines, identify the most dangerous areas and thus prevent possible accidents.

IR and GC-mass spectrometry were used to determine compositions of organic impurities which were accumulated in water and bottom sediments of Ob basin midstream because of natural and anthropogenic factors. Levels of pollution were defined. It was determined that the main contaminants presenting in upstream and midstream are similar. Distributions of paraffins and polycycloaromatic hydrocarbons were considered in detail.

Data on the synthesis of humus-like substances from oil are given. The experiment base is microbiological transformation of oil compounds to the humus-like substances. The received products were tested by the infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results of carrying out physical-chemical analysis indicate to the identity of soil humus matter and synthesized humus-like substances.
