The article presents data on the permissable hydrocarbon concentration values in soil, which allow the effective phytoremediation. The laboratory research has determined the impact of heavy and light hydrocarbons on flora. The research recommendations suggest the phytoremediation as a method of stable gas condensate removal from soil.

Enviromental safety of the end-product of chemical rendering oily soils safe depends on the amount of reagents being used. On the example of oily sand by one of criteria (content of oil products in water extract) necessary persantage ratios of quicklime and active carbon have been determined experimentally.

Mutual negative chemical emission impact of industrial junction on the quality of atmosphere is a typical example of universal production situation having local but all-round distribution on the RF territory. Considering a group of enterprises as a single object-pollutant the combination of neighboring plants to joined polluting area is more acceptable for engineering protection of atmosphere.

The technique of ecological danger identification according to which the degree of potential ecological danger of gas-transport objects of LLC Gazprom transgaz Stavropol is determined and the system of measures on maintenance of ecological safety under their operation is offered.

Aspects of providing for oil main pipelines safety in emergency cases are considered. Obtained are analytical dependences which allow well-founded selection of the type and the quantity of pumps to be used for quick pumping out of oil from the break-down section of the oil pipeline. Use of pumps accelerates emptying of the break-down oil pipeline section, thus the emergency situation becomes less dangerous, quantity of the product released through the break into the environment is reduced and the level of environment pollution is lowered.

In this paper basic problems of petrochemical branch industrial objects optimum placement are investigated and solved in view of ecological-economic criteria. Negative influence of the basic design decisions on the components of natural environment is considered. On the basis of various compromise schemes updating and by their combination the mathematical statements of problems of petrochemical branch enterprises and objects placement are obtained and formalized in view of economic efficiency and ecological safety as multicriterial tasks of indistinct optimization. Effective algorithms of formulated tasks decision are developed and suggested.

In the paper on the basis of CALS technology principles the approach to construction and adaptation of intellectual model of the interconnected units of a technological complex is suggested on the example of technological units models of Atyrau refinery sulphur manufacture installation. Basic problems of synthesis of the process intellectual model knowledge base are investigated and solved for evaluation of sulphur manufacture process indistinct parameters. The algorithm of intellectual model adaptation is synthesized for updating of knowledge base production rules.

In this paper the technological circuits effective by ecological and economic criteria are offered as the combined installation -hydrocraking, allowing realization of hydrocraking process combining with oil atmospheric distillation. The offered principled circuits of oil refining with the use of combined installations -hydrocraking as a head process result in reduction of a set of processes from 46 to 1 and improvement of an ecological condition and economic efficiency of oil refineries.

In the article data are given on the forecast of oil refining volumes and oil products balance up to the year of 2015. Besides acting and introduced ecological norms and standards for the Kazakhstan oil refineries are analyzed with regard to these norms. In view of these norms specifications on petrol and diesel fuel are determined.
