Methodical issues and problems of the estimation of sequences of hydrocarbon pollutions in the terms of emergency oil spills are considered. The differentiated approach is used to the accounting of the oil components entering the soil and the ground, as well as the analysis of their migration ability and entry into the aquifer.

The article deals with the results of mathematical modeling of carbonate-bearing oil and gas stratum treatment by hydrochloric acid in permanent and periodical regimes. Diagrams of carbonate-bearing oil and gas stratum temperature dependence in view of skeleton and overlaying rock permeability on the depth of reagent solution penetration into calcareous bed are presented. The results can be used to determine optimal regime of hydrochloric acid injection into carbonate-bearing stratum as well as in ecological monitoring of oil and gas complex ecosystem.

Oil- and gas-bearing formations are natural pools of unique microorganisms including suitable for remediation biotechnologies. In the current work enrichments of moderately thermophilic microorganisms have been obtained from stratal fluids of Western Siberian oil fields. Phylogenetic position of dominating cultivated bacteria has been determined. Sulfate-reduction has been detected in the Samotlor production water enrichment. The enrichments obtained possess industrial important characteristics and may be applied in technological schemes for water and soil cleaning.
