The article deals with basic types of corrosion destructions of mining, transport and plant equipment as well as hydrogen-sulphide corrosion mechanism and protection of metals with the organic corrosion inhibitors help. Compounds of amines, amides, imidazolines, pyridines, esters and others are used as corrosion inhibitors. Maximum share of corrosion inhibitors in Russia are foreign origin. At present researching and testing of new domestic production corrosion inhibitors are being continued.

The process of helium release from natural gas is complex and multistage, under this process environmental impact occurs.
At long-term storing of helium concentrate in underground storages environmental impact is insignificant.

The unique manufacturer and the supplier of helium in Russia is Helium plant of Gazprom dobycha Orenburg Ltd.
Actual volume of helium output at the plant is below the project one design due to its incomplete demand in the home market. The plant profitability is provided by the process of natural gas complete processing to produce ethane, wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, propane, butane, pentane-hexane fraction.
Technologies, described in the article, permit to produce additionally new products of premium quality at the Orenburg helium plant.

At stages of cryogenic allocation of helium concentrate from natural gas and in the course of impurities removal the cold received from effect of adiabatic expansion of gas in turboexpander, and also from propane and nitric refrigerating cycles is used. While in service there is a deficiency of the cold.
The article describes the ways of perfection of the process of securing helium production by the cold.

The article describes the possibility of expanding the market of commercial products from the Orenburg helium plants raw materials. In modern world different types of vehicles that need rubber-technical products are used in a large quantities. Polyisoprene rubbers can be an alternative of the last. The article contains examples of some processes of isoprene obtaining which serves as a raw material for polyisoprene rubber obtaining based on commercial product of helium plant PBF. The characteristic of the most optimal technological process is given which can be realized for isoprene obtaining from PBF with subsequent conversion it into rubber.

There is the progress of investigation of exopolysaccharide bioproduct Ritizan which was previously tested as additive to drilling and well killing fluids. Its dynamic viscosity was 2,5-fold better if produced at modified medium. Rheological method is proper for testing of exopolysaccharide biosynthesis by bacteria at the field of biotechnology.
