Some sector of 11-2 formation of Samotlor field near G07-11 block illustrates effect of collectors clay con-tent on oil resources extraction. Matching of charts of clay content factor and showing of oil resources extraction revealed the new regularity, namely, the most volume of extraction is characteristic for sectors of deposits the clay content factor of which is less than15 %. Dependence of oil extraction factor on collector clay content has high enough factor of correlation. The built linear trend of the dependence witnesses the fact that oil extraction factor goes to 0 if clay content factor of collectors is more than 20 %.

A deposit temperature change of one of oil fields of Kazakhstan during temperature seasonal variations of pumped water is considered. It is shown that in this case the accumulated losses of oil production make nearly 0,5 % of accumulated oil production of an operational object.
To prevent losses of oil production due to non-isothermality of filtration the following measures are proposed:
1. To reduce heat losses in water lines in cold seasons of the year due to their thermal insulation.
2. To equip mouths of "problematic" injection wells (showing the biggest seasonal variations of temperature of pumped water) by devices for heating of pumped water in cold seasons of the year. In this case heating of the pumped water up to the initial temperature of a deposit or insufficiently overcome it is quite enough.
3. To modify water supply system of "problematic" injection wells by provision of intra-well water pumping out of more "hot" horizons on condition of waters compatibility.
4. To provide cycling of water pumping into "problematic" wells envisaging pumping of maximum volumes of water during warm seasons of the year, while minimum volumes of water should be pumped in cold seasons of the year.

At present NGDU "Almetievneft" considers formation hydraulic fracturing the most efficient method of oil production stimulation. The method allows both paying impact on filtration flows distribution at a remarkable distance from a bottom hole and rather essentially change filtration propertied of a near-well part of a collector.
During the last eight years NGDU "Almetievneft" applies technologies of formation hydraulic fracturing for injection wells. Change of injectivity profile of an injection well and creation of hydrodynamic link of an injection well with the zone of lowered formation energy of a production well appear the basic problems of a formation hydraulic fracturing, performed in an injection well [5]. The results of a formation hydraulic fracturing in injection wells differ, but in the whole some wells (or sectors of wells) which proved the earlier planned results (up to 45 %) can be highlighted.

Results of field testing of diesel-alkaline wastes (DAW) injection at the site with one injection well No 3382 and five operational wells Nos. 2888, 3383, 3373, 3397, 3378 which is located at horizon No I 4, being one of the objects of development of BalahanySabunchiRamanyoil field in Azerbaijan, are presented.
Water solution of DAW in the amount of 3960 m3 and of 5 % concentration was injected since 07.15.2003 till 31.10.2003. After the year of 2003, formation water was pumped into well No 3382 with injection average rate of 50 m3 per day in order to move this water fringe along the formation. This allowed pumping of local water in the average amount of 17000 m3 into the formation during 20042008.
During 20032008 injection of water solution of DAW of 5 % concentration into five production wells Nos. 2888, 3383, 3373, 3397, 3378 of Ι KC4 layer allowed reaching the average daily flow rate of oil which 5,5...12,97 times exceeds the figures of 19972003 when DAW solution was not used. Thus, 2226 m3 of oil out of the total oil volume of 7651 m3 accumulated by 31.12.2008, was produced with application of technologies on the basis of DAW solution when water flooding of the removed product was lower than before DAW solution injection.
Introduction of technology on the basis of water solution of DAW provides oil production growth due to better washing out of oil from a layer and change of direction of filtration flows of injected water because of decrease of inter-phase tension on oil-solution DAW border and layer sediments.

Provision of permanent technological control over current factual operational state of producing wells of the whole operational fund appears the basic problem for practically all oil producing companies during develop-ment of oil fields in complicated operational conditions, namely, low formation pressure, high pressure of satura-tion, high gas factors, high formation temperatures. This allows qualitative and quantitative appreciation of a well (a number of wells) operational efficiency. After that, with account of the results of diagnostics, some rec-ommendations on implementation of geological-technical measures (GTM) required at present and in future can be prepared. The article suggests engineering on diagnostics of the current working state of producing wells, be-ing operated in complicated conditions, in any accounting period.

The article discusses technologies of gathering and preparation for transportation of low-pressure associated gasses from offshore oil and gas fields practiced by "May 28" Oil and Gas Production Department ("May 28" NGDU) of "Azneft" Production Association ("Azneft" PO).
Some technological complications can appear in the system because of liquid phase separation, namely, formation waters plus condensate plus some other gas incidental additives, and due to change of thermodynamic showings during production, gathering and transportation of low pressure gas among deep-water offshore platforms in sea conditions. These complications violate standard operational mode of wells, gas preparation unit and main pipelines. Thus, to provide continuous transportation of low pressure gas in field conditions it becomes necessary to develop and introduce new techniques to prevent these phenomena.
Survey of present condition of technology of gathering, preparation and transportation of low pressure gas among deep-water platforms is carried out; gathering and analysis of factual field data of Gyuneshly field are performed by "May 28" Oil and Gas Production Department ("May 28" NGDU).
Several variants of calculation aimed at increasing efficiency of low-pressure gas transportation system in conditions of offshore oil and gas fields, made on the basis of field research data, are submitted in the article.
The article as well presents results of calculation made to define optimum operational pressure of high-pressure gas to remove liquid phase, which appeared during transportation of low-pressure oil gas among deep-water sea platforms.
The author of the article also proposes technique of replacement of the liquid phase out of a pipeline used for low pressure gas pumping with application of high viscous elastic and gel-forming compositions manufactured on the basis of domestic petrochemical products.

Results of analysis of chemical composition and corrosive-aggressive components of associatedly-produced and formation waters, waters used for formation pressure maintenance in Uzen oil field are submitted. It is revealed that the dissolved carbon dioxide appears the main corrosive-aggressive agent. Prospective rate of carbon dioxide corrosion for different sectors of a pipeline is calculated. Failure of pipelines due to corrosion depending on their service life and designation are analyzed.
