The article suggests method of appreciation of drilling muds impact on rock collector characteristics by means of UIPK unit. The new method of appreciation differs from well-known ones by being applied to deposit composed models and not to single core samples. Laboratory complex, including UIPK-1M unit, core-holder, rock and fluid thermo-static system is adapted to assess filtrate penetrating capacity of drilling mud and coefficient of penetration recovery of deposit model. The article also presents some data of studies of terrigenous samples of bobrikovsky deposits of Yurchuksky field wells, which were carried out to prove selection of drilling mud to recover productive deposit.

The article considers some aspects of well construction in clay deposits. The article also suggests appreciation of possible hydrate formation during clay hydration, select compounds which may provide hydrate formation and non-penetration of appearing hydrate structures. Some aspects of compounds and ions hydration and their ability to form hydrates are discussed. Stabilization of clay rocks condition and selection of drilling mud should be accomplished with account of clay engineering and technical characteristics and possible formation of inclusive hydrate compounds on the basis of drilling mud components. Some hydrate forming compounds and ions as well as efficiency of usage of hydrate forming drilling muds during horizontal well construction are also shown in the present article.

The problem of cross-flow between layers for gas condensate fields, which fluid contains hydrogen sulphide, is quite important. Therefore, it is important to establish the reason of low adhesive strength between plugging material, casing string and formation rock.
The paper presents the estimation method to define quality of adhesive bond strength of plugging material with casing string. It also discusses the empirically tested statistically significant criteria: structure and properties of plugging material and their conformity to lithology structure of a cemented interval.

The technology of cementation casing columns guaranteeing an exception between two bed an overflow of fluids and overflows is developed at water-oil contact. Operations are included in standard technology on clearing of walls of a hole of a clay crust by highly effective reliable scrapers back-advance casing columns in the course of cementation, and also operation of processing of walls of a hole by cement mortal streams.

One of the key issues of improving the quality of fixing oil- and gas wells and underground gas storages (UGS) is to create airtightness in their drill string-casing annulus that seems most difficult to achieve in conditions of potential danger of gas migration in cement ring with a diversity downhole processes and phenomena. The challenge for oil and gas industry is that for a long time securely isolate annulus by grouting mortar (stone) and to prevent the penetration of formation gas. This can be achieved as a result of valid choice and use of effective plugging materials, improving technologies of their practical application.
